I believe Valereum is an extremely illiquid share, hence, the big fluctuations in the daily share price.

I think Valereum bought GSX, to make it a total AI driven tokenisation RWA platform.

To do this, Valereum has to show it is capable of doing this elsewhere, hence, the EL Salvador set up because this was the cheapest way to show Valereum are capable of doing it and so get the regulatory approval needed for GSX.

The add on bits that Valereum buy or invest in or have MOUs are all to add to its capabilities of achieving their end goal for GSX, a total AI driven tokenisation platform with regulatory approval.

I think when they get regulatory approval to run GSX as a total AI driven tokenised RWA platform, then, this will also be licensed globally because as far as I know there are no total AI driven tokenisation RWA platforms.

I think this may be why QGP became involved to provide the means for Valereum to achieve their end goal with GSX as the first total AI driven tokenised RWA platform with regulatory approval.

As I said, I may be wrong.

The $200m is there but not physically in money in Valereum's balance sheet, it is verified in writing legally by the likes of JP Morgan etc that this capital exists and backs Valereum.

This is an acceptable practice by companies, banks, institutions, UK Market, US Market, etc., etc.
