Sirius Minerals Shareholdings2 Apr 2020 01:42
TechieMan - Sirius Minerals managing director Chris Fraser upped his stake in the potash mine developer using Sigiriya Capital, a company controlled by C&J Fraser Investments, who took charge of 7.5mln shares, taking Fraser’s beneficial interest in the company to 122mln shares or 8.3%.
Sirius also revealed that Christopher Catlow’s shareholding remains 100mln shares, but his beneficial interest has dropped to 6.8% following recent share issues.
Sigiriya is an investment house set up by Fraser in 2009. He then went on to found York Potash Ltd, which later merged with Sirius Minerals, which was already listed on AIM, and was being run by Catlow.
Catlow took a back seat as chairman, while Fraser, as managing director, took over the day-to-day running of the company.
CAP-XX CEO Anthony Kongats and Chairman Patrick Elliott are nowhere in the same league as Sirius Minerals CEO Chris Fraser and Chairman Christopher Catlow.
As far as I am aware the only shares Anthony Kongats, Patrick Elliott and Bruce Grey are in their personal names.
