I would say up because it went down on Wednesday about 7p, then up nearly 1p on Thursday so I think it'll be an up on Friday.

Investing in shares is about learning every day. It's not about sitting and moaning on a chat board. Leicester City Council previously said it had been told by Public Health England it had 'found no evidence to suggest that the rise in cases in the city is linked to the textile industry'.

The HSE issued enforcement notices at nine sites in total, of which three were for failures to apply adequate Covid-19 controls under health and safety law.

It said it had 'not found any cases where the situation was so bad that it would justify taking a prosecution'.

The organisation has given a detailed breakdown of its inspections and what, if any, action it had taken. But it has refused to name the textile firms involved.

ClemToto64 - share trading on the London Stock Exchange can only be done during the hours of 8.00am and 4.30pm. Any share trades reported outside these hours are late reports of the share trades. They are not the actual trades. No-one knows if they are buys or sells because we don't know what time the trade was actually done.

UT is an uncrossing trade which is done every day to determine the closing price for Boohoo. This is done between 16.30pm and 16.35pm with the price reported every day at 16.35pm.

The London Stock Exchange doesn't allow the recording of buys or sells for any share trades. So, for example, on this website LSE, full name is London South East, uses its own computer system to work out if it's a buy or sell depending on the bid/ask price.

For me, patience and research are the keys to making loads of money on shares. Loads of patience and loads of research.

Jmc_mcr - There's no quick way of making money in shares. You might be lucky once, however, too often you'll get your fingers burnt. It's hard work and you have to put the time and effort in to doing loads of research if you want to make the big bucks. For me, Boohoo is a share to buy and hold in an ISA for 20 years plus and it'll make you rich. Some people like the excitement of trading, I don't.

Jmc_mcr - my advice is to buy the weekend Financial Times and read it from cover to cover. If anything pricks your interest then read everything you can about it and when you decide to buy shares then keep reading everything you can about it.

Most companies like Boohoo are valued on 3-5 x sales and can be up to 5-10 x sales where good forecast of growth can be seen.

BOO has 1,259million shares at 264.70, yesterday's share price, giving a Market Cap of 3,332million on Revenue of 1,234million so valued at 2.7 x Revenue.

When Boohoo was priced at 400 their Market Cap would have been 5,035million so more like 4 x Revenue.

If the market thinks revenue will grow to 2billion then 4billion in the next 3 years, Boohoo could warrant a 5-6 x Revenue multiplier which could value the company at 6-7.5billion giving a Share Price of 476 to 595

If growth in September doubles then I wouldn't be surprised too see a higher multiplier which is why many think a share price of 500-600 is in sight if they grow as expected in the pandemic and beyond.

Boohoo bought a disused Vauxhall dealership in the city’s northeastern corner.

The online fast-fashion retailer planned to build a state-of-the-art factory at the site, creating a manufacturing “village” that would set the standard for the city’s textiles industry, which supplies 40% of the products Boohoo sells.

For those of you who don't know much about Boohoo. Boohoo has nine brands, Boohoo, BoohooMan, Prettylittlething, Nasty Gal, MissPap, Karen Millen, Coast, Oasis, Warehouse.

Boohoo bought the American company Nasty Gal for £20m and turned it into revenue of £100m within 2 years. Boohoo increased revenue for just the Boohoo brand itself to £600m within 5 years. Prettylittlething increased revenue to £500m in 5 years. Boohoo bought Oasis and Warehouse for £5.4m and will soon have each of these achieving revenue of £100m. Boohoo are excellent at buying brands out of administration and making them profitable in a short period of time.

Boohoo's goal is to be the biggest global ecommerce retailer for clothes and they'll get there.

Boohoo share price is taking a little break after the run up to nearly 265. 5 positive posts needed to combat one negative post. I see the negative posters are out and about today so keep up with the positive posts.
