For me, the future growth of Boohoo is in Debenhams which they'll need to get into the USA, Europe and the Rest of the World.

Hence, why Boohoo needs a Distribution Warehouse in the USA and in Europe.

Franalex - Boohoo have set up a Revolving Credit Facility of £325m. Hopefully, this will cover what's needed to turn Boohoo around.

It has some worthwhile things going for it. UK sales are rising and if Boohoo can get the USA Distribution Warehouse right then they can sell Debenhams into the USA. That's a potential future growth option for Boohoo which could prove to be very lucrative.

It looks to me like it's going to take a couple of years to turn Boohoo around. It's going to cost money to market and update the new buys like Debenhams, Dorothy Perkins, Wallis and Burton. Boohoo has a lot of work to do to get these off and running plus new Distribution Warehouses in USA and Europe.

Will they make it? Who knows? Your guess is as good as mine.

Where do you get the Boohoo clothes made for the Distribution Warehouse in USA? Do Boohoo need to be doing this in South America? The manufacturing for the USA Distribution Warehouse will need to be sorted for one thing.

Made in Turkey, North Africa, now so it can be delivered by lorries to UK and not by air.

It takes a long time to set up a distribution warehouse and everything that's needed for this to work in the USA.

Asos learnt a big lesson trying to do this first time round. Asos did it too quickly, thought it would be easy and found out how difficult it was. Asos came out first time round and lost money. Asos got it right second time round.

Patience is needed to get it right in USA.

Where does it state on the RNS that £100m has been drawn down today from the £325m Revolving Credit Facility?

Maybe this was in the analyst presentation which I haven't listened to as yet?
