Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Ftse futures are up at present.
Thanks Denis. Surprised there wasn’t an RNS at the time, certainly something to shout about. Maybe we’ll hear when it is all signed.
Depends on which part of north London, on the edge of the city of London eg Islington it would be £4+, further north it reduces to £2.50+ in a spoons.
Central city venues can charge more as the alternatives are even more expensive.
When are some more brokers going to draw a line in the sand? A poll of one has not been helpful so far.
Bit slow given FY results were out last week. Not sure what to make of that.
Extra billion in revenue but that is over 10 years.
Still, an extra 100million at a 7% margin equals 7million profit each year - steadily we advance, now how about the SP joining in?
The charges relate to human trafficking within a charity foundation run by the ex-stage coach founders, so nothing to do with the company. No impact on the SP.
I was reading that the lowest SPs tend to be in the run up or start of a recession since the unknowns are greatest, with the average recession lasting 10 months(fingers crossed)
Best switch off over Xmas and enjoy ourselves. Have a Happy Christmas everyone and let’s see how the dust settles in the New Year.
Reducing the forecast but keeping NEX as outperform surely says it is doing well but in adverse macroeconomic conditions.
Go onto simplywallst and check their fair value calculation for NEX, it’s 927p !! So it’s not as clear cut on there as you would think.
If I was travelling over Xmas I wouldn’t be booking train tickets, I’m sure this boost to NEX will raise the SP at some point.
Has a company posted decent results and the SP gone up? What a strange day given recent trends!
Not sure what else JDW can do - they reduced debt and sold some pubs(mainly in spoons saturated areas) but external factors driven by war and supply-side shortages rule at the moment.
Noticed this yesterday, coinciding with the new menu launch. Inevitable but good to see protection of slim margins, still competitively placed with nearby pubs.
Thanks JJ.
Suspect a very small divi would get the ball rolling and make it easier to have a growing divi the year after! Agree that the statement yesterday was light on specifics but given the political and economic flux no one wants to say more than they have to these days.
Can’t see where the reinstatement of the dividend is qualified against net debt/ebitda ratio in the half year statement. JJ, can you?
