Crazy, i have had a letter hence the last post, when sblm were suspended and they became CGH i was sent a share certificate and i assume that is why they sent me the letter to my home address, the letter looks official to me, i had 285000 shares in SBLM and based on this i could only apply for £185 worth of shares, i am sure they would have offered me more if it was a con.

For what it is worth in my opinion i doubt anybody will see any return on there investment here.

The document states - disposed of Delta Mining $2.5 million
Liberation Mining $2 million payable over 18 months
Aviation Assets £$1.2 million
Entered a conditional disposal of interests in Mount Nimba iron ore in Guinea $2 milion
A MOU with Contago Holdings with a view to a divestment in our Lubu project in a all share deal which will derisk the companys interest in this.
It also states that they have a cash balance of $350,000 which they believe placves them in a good position
The open offer is for 355,000,000 new shares at 0.202 pence per share.
There is no mention of a RTO or any re listing.
However it does state that they invested in a slot machine business and a greenfield early stage gold mine (4 license areas) in west Africa, these are both showing good results and they have plans to for a ASX listing to be completed in 2018

It said that they had sold most of there assets for various amounts and payment for some was at various payment stages, it also stated that they had invested in a slot machine business (seriously) and some other mining project, the money they want to raise was for other investments they have been looking at. It all seemed a bit suspicious to me but who knows, it also stated that the transaction would take place early November, no mention of a relisting at this point.
Sorry to be vague but i only glanced at the document then binned it.

Its lost 10% already this week and that is with a decent RNS, what we need here is news on the NDAs, JVs or the sale of a asset to get the share price moving, i do not think further drilling results will move it that much.

Like a few i have been in here 5 years, this is like a few AIM companies, cash cows for the directors and associates, it is highly unlikely that it will ever achieve much as is never has, if it does go up there will be another dilution of shares and it will just get worse for all invested, be careful if you are looking to invest, this is my opinion only as always dyor.

I think your probably right, it is hard to believe that Sable Mining shareholders now (CGH) will be allowed to make any money here, somehow given previous shenanigans i feel that whatever the plans are from the directors it does not include supporting CGH shareholders, but you never know!

Although I am feeling confident here, I am also feeling that the board have a obligation to share holders to issue a state mentioned to let us know that everything is on track or not, After all were would they be without our money?

Hi Avrohom, are you sure they were 6p? in Jan 2105 they were 2.5p and in Sept 2015 they were 0.88p. never 6p in June 2015.

When did you get out at 6p? I was in this for a couple of years and never recall it being 6p.

Spot, Feeks etc, why don't you keep of the board for a while? when it all goes pear shaped you can come back and tell everybody you told us so, i for one would be quite happy for you and your colleagues to do that, in the mean time the current holders and posters can post decent comments and discuss Ortac rather than keep having to post irrelevant messages.
