Tesla filed an application with the Texas Public Utility Commission to sell electricity in the state.
The application follows the start of a big battery build out by Tesla in Angleton, Texas (near Houston), where it aims to connect a 100 megawatt energy storage system to the grid.

Probably nothing but shows the intent and potential for a Bitcoin miner in Texas to do deals...

Mike Lynch is a shareholder now however his business provided seed funding for Dark initially so if convicted in USA it there is a risk that Dark is tainted as being funded from the proceeds of crime!

Personally I think Mike is innocent and the UK should stand firm and support Mike.
