I am out....Good luck to all holders ...I have made plenty on this share,but, have decided this may start to fall back on big selling,as many are in big profits and this has risen far...I am adding to THX as that has huge prospects of a big rise being so undervalued,and with that one the bottom line will be increasing,which is important at the moment. Near term benefits should accrue much faster...A real bargain not to be missed. Good luck ,it was nice being in...but the time to add tp THX is now....

Because i woke up to deramping on this board...Needless and pointless deramping and having a strong view felt I had to counter this with my positivity...Maybe I have gone over the top with the posts,but,seldom do I get so excited about the prospects of a share on this scale.

An unfair placing which resulted in around £350,000 less in proceeds from what we would have deemed fair on Friday on our market cap would suggest a 2 % drop in s.p. or thereabouts...but, we have had a far more important increase in value of our holding in SALT....This is an opportunity,especially as we are now cashed up...

If the placing took place at 9p that the s.p. was on friday we would have seen that as positive,instead it took place at 7p which is around 28% discount to what we would get at 9p so it cost the company around £350,000 on what we valued those shares on Friday .Does this big drop look justified in light of the increase in our holdings in SALT today?...Our holdings have more than compensated for the what we might consider an unfair placing,in my opinion....So we it makes no sense for a drop in market cap of this magnitude when news of SALT is so very good....

All hard FACTS ,as requested....

Fact is that if things turn out,this could easily be a huge multibag opportunity at this level,that is FACT.....

Fact is that we do not just own part of this company,but, we own parts of many great potential companies,that is FACT.....

Fact is that we own 63% of that company,that is a FACT....

Fact is that a company we hold as gone up today on mooted BIG deal with a multinational company,that is a FACT....

Fact is that Soduim kills,that is FACT.....

Fact is that we are valued at half our holdings in a share with huge upside....That is FACT.....

Excitement....

You can probably see my ecitement,as half the sodium ,but, same taste wiil save lives,and could be legislated into law eventually,as it is a BIG deal.....A very big deal which will save 100s of thousands of lives every year if adopted globally,as it deserves to do,as sodium is a killer....It could be that BIG....and TEK will play a huge part of this....

As we own 63% stake in SALT ,any Mcdonalds deal would mean we can virtually control that company,and as a result it will be TEK that the big multinationals will be interested in...A takeover of TEK by a big multinational at BIG multiples of this market cap would look very,very probable.....Salt are mooting this deal could be imminent....Not long to get into this...Take note....Rarely if ever do opportunities of this nature occur .....

Any announcement ,for instance,of a deal with Mcdonals would multibag the SALT share price,and alert all the big multinational food companies to look into buying out the company at huge multiples...This really is a massive opportunity not being looked at by the market....Massive....

If it turns out to be Mcdonals then you will see a massive uptake from others.....and make a mockery of the SALT s.p. and an even more pronounced sffect on this....It must be the opportunity of a lifetime at this misey market cap....A fraction of the value of our SALT holdings....SALT can multibag on a deal with Mcdonalds for instance,as other orders will cascade into the company....What a chance today offers....

With our SALT holdings worth twice our market cap,this is a bargain opportunity to enter the SALT space before that share multibags and sends this multibagging....Unbelievable opportunity right now...It cannot last...SALT on the risers leaderboard today on fantastic news today.....This has really not been noticed by the market,even though the massive buying of TEK shares today is occurring right now...This must go up from here....

This has multibag written all over it...Great news. Take a look at TEK share for a massive bargain as they hold SALT shares worth twice the market cap...Unbelievable but true....Discounted today on a fundraise that has minimal affect on the company.....Big buying on the discount now taking place.....I foresee a big rise in that s.p. on value of SALT shares alone...With other great Investments in the portfolio....I added,as it really is a massive bargain ,as pointed out by Simon Thompson of Investors Chronicle recently....

SALT is in embryonic state at the moment ,but, massive and explosive growth is happening right now,with a massive deal in the pipeline from a huge worldwide fast food retailer in the offing which would catapult the s.p. of that company,and as a direct result catapult our market cap. you cannot argue with the market cap of SALT on that basis,and the market really likes it,as evidenced by the huge jump today....We are valued at roughly half of our holdings in that company right now...add in all our other holdings and prospects and this s.p is plainly wrong....Worth so much more....Today is a great opportunity that surely cannot last long...
