No,i am not saying dilution was 2%. I am saying the net result of placing at a discount should have resulted in approximate 2% reduction in s.p. today,based purely on previous s.p. and being the difference between a placing at that rate ,which would have been fair i.e. 7p instead of 9p on the £1.25million raised,which was approx 28% of the 1.25 million. Approx 25 should have been knocked off the full market cap on that basis. This of course take no notice of the 6% increase in value of Salt shares today,on fantastic RNs. Remember the 63% of SALT we own is worth approx double are market cap,and we have so many other strings to our bow on top of that,which just shows the complete and utter undervaluation.Simon Thompson did an article today in the Investors Chronicle extolling the virtues of SALT,he will be even more bullish in a few days regarding TEK,in a few days in my opinion. Totally unjustified for this to go down today,with our holding in TEK worth so much more than the 2% we should realistically gone down...
