The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
That's enough for me....I will come back when the s.p. is over 100p in a few weeks...Maybe the posters will be a little less negative then...Bitterness towards the company a lot less.....See you in a few weeks...
I care only about the future, being locked in the past with grievances is not good for anybody. As far as I am concerned I am happy with the management as they are taking positive measures which are needed. True ,I have no baggage, but, even if I did,I would be happy with the prospects going forward.Bitterness has no place in investing....
I just give a lot less weight to the companies history and a lot of weight to what they are doing now,and the prospects rather than looking at the past. They had a profit warning due to sudden inflation and not putting fares up fast enough. That caused the low s.p. I see increased margins going forward and increased passengers. If anybody disagrees please let me know.
Maybe my posts are "to the moon"...That is why I do respect and appreciate posters who bring the other side of the equation ,as I do tend to see the positive, although I do try to look for the negative to balance things up.Negativity is good in the sense that if it is well founded then it should be taken into account, but negativity due to historical loss bias,is not.
Poker chips....I hope my posts do ignite some discussion, rather than your mindless attacks,we have had some very helpful points to consider from a very respected poster who has tried to help other posters with their thoughts on the company. This is a discussion board for sounding out ideas, and so far I have not seen any ideas or thoughts at all from yourself...Do you have any thoughts regarding Mobico?
Poker chips....No mindless chatter...I am attempting to get to the nitty gritty of the pros and cons of the company,to try to understand better the investment case.Fishbones post was interesting ,and as a holder with much experience I respect his ideas, and look forward ,hopefully, to his bull points for the company.
Fishbone.Thank you for the alternative view. It was interesting and useful to know. With your experience what are the bull points in your opinion? I am sure that would be just as useful for all investors.
Fishbone. I have asked several times on here, what it is that the company is not doing that they should? I genuinely would like to know the reasoning behind the negativity. So far there have been no answers. Answers would be useful for all investors. You have knowledge please impart your knowledge for the benefit of all...
I am still waiting on the holders with a grudge to say what the company is doing wrong, and what they feel they should be doing. So far nobody has come up with anything....Why are they negative when they cannot give reasons?
We are just very confident.Every now and then you come across something totally undervalued with a big future and it is hard not to be enthusiastic. We do not pump it as this is a large market cap business that could not be manipulated, even if we wanted. History will prove us right and you wrong,I am confident of that....
Agreed. Even the bears have stated that passenger numbers are due to rise.Revenue from extra passengers goes straight to bottom line. The market has marked this down when in my opinion it deserves marking up as an eco friendly transport company with a big future.i look 10 years into the future ,as well as 1 or 2 months, and I see nothing to suggest this should not be materially higher by some considerable margin...
Interest rates are due to come down, and although inflation rate was marginally more than forecast,it should be remembered the much larger drop the previous month. The prospects of interest rate cuts are roughly the same, bar the political turmoil, which is a problem that needs some thought.
I agree we need to sell NA school buses for a major rerate, but, feel this is so lowly rated that a rerate from this point is on the cards, even before news.it will probably be a continuation of the gentle rise we have recently experienced, but, that will do for me ,Whilst we wait for the major rerate to come.
Clearly the market has realised the value here, and that is why the s.p. has gone up more than 50% in just a few weeks...and with a long way to fair value! the market is starting to realise the value of an eco friendly transport company with a very big future... with increasing passenger numbers, and extra revenue going straight to the bottom line....
