Rob, I know it hasnt actually stated any info yet, yet publicly stating that a 'scandal' exists, could, even without detail, amount to market abuse

Odd thing about the 'scandal' website is that if they don't publish anything that is truly scandalous, whomever bought the domain name via GoDaddy will be traceable and hence liable for prosecution for market abuse

If you have been reported, it could have been anyone ..... You obviously haven't been banned, but if admin have been in touch, that suggests you have had a warning - which would only happen if they had it appropriate to do so

Sorry Troaj, I disagree, the figures at the bottom of the RNS are quantities shipped, not produced at a combined figure of 220.8 tonnes.
That if course does mean the extra was produced in the previous quarter, but not shipped by the time of that release

Mark, the problem is the rampers and positive people so rarely come up with anything (other than the copper price) positive than can be substantiated and few of them even try and debate points, because they know they are on shaky ground.
This means that the track record of the company has greater weight in the minds of many and that doesnt exactly inspire confidence, does it?

As with any charting tools, it is but an indicator - stocks can stay overbought or oversold for a time if there is an underlying reason, though will eventually have some degree of correction - for example GGP was overbought for most of 2020, until it corrected
