Asi, my guess based on the SP last few days , then today is a placing at nominal (so a premium) but with warrants attached to more than account for the difference - fluff the SP up, then sell off by those who know before the official announcement

Sadly what would be the point - the scale of the retail investor portion - and the general apathy that goes along with it - of the overall share issuance means every resolution will get passed

If a poll by hands could be unforced it would be worth turning up

If there was anything to substantiate that figure why has AP never RNSd it? after all, one of the primary tasks of a CEO is to promote a company to potential investors. If there was any meat on the bone why would it be kept secret - just like how much revenue is received from each batch of concentrate, or how much £ the Hanes deal might make etc etc etc

Perhaps bcos the details/facts would puncture the hot air spouted by the ramping crew ?
