Agreed. One thing that struck me in the lastest interview was Tim correcting the interviewer as to the timeframe for a deal.

He said "Not 12 months - 2025" or words to that affect.

If he thought it would go the the wire, ie, end December, I don't think he would have said that. I think/hope it will catch us all out! :-)

It failed P3 is my understanding. Stated in the interview that this has been addressed over the last few years. Dosing size was one element I believe. Just going off what was said.

I believe Avion picked up the tab for the next P3 trial (which is fast tracked by the FDA).

If anything I've said is untrue feel free to correct.

Not understanding the logic. Do you guys think until P3 approval the SP will be circa 4.5 to 5.5p (or even lower)? Surely it will rise between trials - tends to be the case?

In his interview Tim stated he's not going to the market but relying on deals to fund the trials so again when that news lands (this year from what was stated) do you think the SP will be anywhere near here. Reduced spend now Patent is filed and not placing I think was said?

Was £1.80 on the lead up to the last Lupuzor trials - the trial failed but the retrial is being paid for (forget the name of the company covering the costs?)

Since then, with the dilution, I asked what would be an equivalent SP now with the dilution taken into account on the lead up to the next P£ results and the general thought was 0.38p.

This was before the march dilution but more importantly before the P140 news/patent application.

Just facts - from my point of view IMM (Tim) is doing what they stated at the beginning of the year's RNS's and interviews. Backed up by yesterday's interview.

Once a patent is submitted and accepted it becomes Pat Pending. Means a company can market that product without fear of it being 'copied' as it was first one 'past the post'. Means you don't have to wait for the time for Patent approval to monetise your invention. You're covered. That's how it works in engineering. Can't think Pharma is any different.

I'm guessing the additional cash burn this year was to cover the lawyers to get the Patent submitted correctly and legally binding.
