Hi cbaron. In response to your question why i believe a deal is bubbling away under the surface and how I came to this remark

1. We’ve had a ten digit deal put forward previously and it’s been rejected as not best deal for company but they still showing interest as is other companies now in talks with

2 mile Spencer a notable billionaire covering our loan notes how long has he been invested and did David bring him to the party

3 netherland and Sewell cprs thus now giving independent validation and not taking some boards word for it

4 finally jay and team have done a great job getting us to where we are now but David picking up the baton will get us over the line and he comes with a high level group of friends and I believe big hitters in the industry are watching him and panr very closely

To also relocate across the world and news offices too is a huge commitment by many and looking for a possible usa listing

So there you have it cbaron nothing solid or provable but isn’t this what we all have in common we can do our own research due diligence to 50% of our decision making in a exploration oil company but isn’t the rest going to be down to hope wishful thinking luck and finally putting your hard earned cash into a gamble until we know we’re producing

For my pennies worth I believe things are bubbling along under the surface with would be suitors and no intention of selling completely yet as full value is down the line in production but I do think we’re a good bet on a farminee partner and one coming out the woodwork before Xmas to push forward on the game plan for 2024 So we know we’re looking at 2000 bpd+ for improved and increased lateral at alkaid from 505 bpd which at $93 per barrel is $67 mill plus for one well gross at 50% efficiency which we know is now achievable David made it clear this can be $10 per share at 1 b and $20 per share at 2 b.

Re dates and timelines. We know smd frac results due mid to end. October and netherland 2 nd cpr due first quarter 2024 which I’d say would be early part as was due end 2023 so anyone’s guess but game of poker I’d say. Who shows their hand first David or farminee partner but I bet we will know before Xmas and be at a totally different place so we can move forward with 2024 diary

Then determined if they have improved the efficiency of the frac

From original 20%. On the alkaid 2 drill to upping it to 40/60 or Even 80% efficiency
