Dont know if you are convincing me HH. Im very tempted to throw in the last hand.
Hello all and HH. Tomorrow will be an interesting day to see what happens. I have done well here and I have to say tempted to come out of last 33% if any sort of kick tomorrow. On the other hand tempted to forget the weekly gains and losses and take a 6 month view. What you thinking HH?
With an hour to go I cant see the drop being enough for me to add. I wanted below 60p. No doubt we will touch base after results. Have a good weekend.
The good thing about the notice you don't have to dive in. You have a chance to buy on any weakness. I don't think any surprises, they key is can they convince all that outlook is better for remainder of this year. I'm not convinced. The other consideration is whether this share is over sold?
rns
MMMMMMM short term mistake on my part - got greedy HH. Just felt the kick was linked to to an RNS - most likely the results for ly. I was right with the 78p ish resistance in short term.
Interesting test on the short term price - this should give us a clue to short term sentiment. For those in much longer term no so relevant. However a recovery from this morning's drop and a move over 78p could see me in for longer. This is assuming no sight of results this week - which obviously could change things for me either way.
Not sure will look later. Union Jack oil and gas provided an update of sorts on wressels
I hope you are right.
I see you are a long time holder so I hope it returns to those levels for you. Unless we get news of an acquisition I am honest enough with sensible posters to tell you I would be out by then rightly or wrongly! Wrongly if it makes it!!!! I am no chartist but without news it will be interesting to see if it can break 78p - you will see that was the price before the second company update. If it does get over that and stays, 90p is possible. Last year they released an rns to provide a date of the results - I hope they do this again personally. Its always a good way of analysing the market pre results. It is one of the more sensible boards this, other than THEMANWHOCAN who typed nonsense in early March and described this as another Carillion!!
As I said to downbut.......I have sold 66% of my holding since March entry. Part of me says your target was 75 - 77p for this final 33% stick to it. Other side of me is just wait for the results now. What was the IPO price HH? Your likely stance should it reach that?
Anything else you are looking at? What did you go into when you sold these? Nostra Terra - on my radar. I also think Angus is at buying levels again?
I can tell you exactly. THEMANWHOCAN was trying to tell you and I that this was another carillion. You got out at 55p ish from memory and purchased another share. I think you need to find him - I think he spooked you. I sold 33% aprox around your time as I stated - sold another 33% today. I now need to decide what it will do next? Sure it will re trace soon - Im no chartist but 77p looks a key point. You need to sort out mr Carillion - he got in your head imho
If they follow last years communication - will have an rns to tell us what day they are reporting. I hope they do this again. Results will be later than last year.
Hardy 78. Your point on current holders? I have shares. In my view, nwf would have hoped for a better uptake. Most of us have had a punt at this, what is beginning to fester at the back of my mind....... At these prices why are volumes so low if such a no brainer.
https://www.asx.com.au/asx/statistics/displayAnnouncement.do?display=pdf&idsId=01969926 I bet they were hoping for a better uptake than that. Might possibly explain yesterday's fall. Thoughts.
For those of you old enough change the song words exterminate by snap words to regurgitate. I refuse to sell up after supporting both placements as one day it might take off, but christ you need the patients of a saint. Too many geologists - I just pray one of the new Directors is better "selling" our supposed world class assets. I try not to be negative but its a long long time I have been in this share .......please lets have some good news with Holmwood as a starter for ten.
https://drillordrop.com/2018/03/28/europas-leith-hill-oil-drilling-plans-contain-significant-errors-inconsistencies-and-omissions-review/ I have taken my time and read a few times. My gut is go away (polite) swampy's. If however it does transpire that our application is greeted by the feedback the author highlights I think I might loose it. I accept our leader is cautious and likes his geology etc etc.....If that means he is more attention to detail then the application should be nailed, especially with learnings from other failed attempts. I hope more than anyone that the journalists views dont match that of the EA.
I think its more likely when the fund raise happens, but I agree 100% this part is key. The one consideration is how much will the fund raise dilute the nwf share price regardless of the asset they have purchased. If this moves their share price from say the current 24c to say 16c then we aint getting 9.7p. Not saying this will happen but I think we need to consider not only that the funds are secured but the reaction once placed on the asx.
I have never thought that this share price would move much further north until the agm and NWF's fund raise is complete. I must admit the fact that yesterday's rns has not moved the share price north of 7p is surprising.(and slightly concerning) The share price will not reach, imo, much higher until various key events are completed as some of us would simply sell. I acknowledge that anyone wishing to hold NWF shares long term would obviously deem this irrelevant. Still surprised that it could fall 5% on ydays update, in fact astonished.
