Looks like CF starting the "rounds" again with Webinars etc from 3rd Feb. He will want to have an update on something bigger than today's RNS before he starts. Worst case he will drop some hints as he likes to do.

the following stages will help ----
1) Oil price / Gas price
2) Returning Dividend this year
3) Confirmation that reserves are up 40% - 3rd Party Auditor
4) In the 3rd Quarter exploration starts again - any results qtr 4 (year end).

Close your eyes with this investment and check again in 6 months. If you are looking for an in and out quickly - wrong share.

That is the point of Tony's and my thoughts. UKOG will be able to counter act if the Judge does anything daft.
But it will take yonks I would imagine.
Lets do a post mortem if and when we need too

Either way UKOG are not at fault. If Judge rules in favour of Flower power then one way or another further legal action will take place to compensate. This could take along time. I am no legal expert at all.

Judge has got to decide whether or not it falls within the scope of the Environmental Impact Assessment regulations for greenhouse gases to be taken into account (they weren't).

Mr Justice Holgate says IF it's found greenhouse gas combustion should have been considered (therefore accepting a legal error), he is struggling to say it wouldn't make any difference to the planning decision

If we have one I think more like Monday morning. But who knows.

What I would say the meeting for Holmwood was far more professional, that was a fiasco at best for UKOG.
Im not joking when I say one of the Cllrs seem to ask his wife how to vote. I promise you, I am not joking.
I would be astonished if no appeal. If overturned (IF) that may also may start a change. Especially if costs involved?
