I still go back to the view of a few LTH in this share with Serenity. We all wanted the punt to be taken on Serenity but could not understand the timing of it. Let the share price rise and consolidate with all good things coming out of Wressle.
Then go for the raise and dilute the shares for the Serenity punt at a higher price. Even with the failure we would not then be at this level.
In better news ....surely the next bits of news flow from now until the spring can only be positive??

The interims are sound. Looks like divi returning.
What disappoints me, the turnaround and improved balance sheet is due, in the main, to external forces. (High prices)
Against these high prices the work overs and if possible the exploration should have been accelerated.
(I understand the demand for rigs high )
It almost feels like the business is just run by a set of accountants.
Lets see when the company does the rounds - if they can be a little more excited about the next 12 weeks from Oct.

Let's see what the interims bring tomorrow.
I would like to see debt down and cash up.
Also, some progress with the workovers. Finally - some clearer dates for the drills in this Qtr.

As at 1 September 2022, Open Orphan's order book of signed contracts has increased further to c. £80m, which is expected to be recognised across 2022, 2023 and 2024, and remains well capitalised with a cash balance of c.£20m.

Selfish.... Well said. My only negative thought in what as a very good interview was that..... Surely the gas and extra oil from W is more important than 50/50 serenity. Let's push that as it is highly probable. Serenity is good odds but let's flog W. Its happening.

Going to say nothing more than copy paste my chat with them today.

The last update we have regarding the shares comes from 17 May. The company did not send us enough shares to issue to shareholders so we have been in discussion with them since to get this rectified. We do not have a firm date as to when this will be resolved I'm afraid. We will post a communication under the Corporate Actions tab when we have further information.

Not a paper issue as blamed yesterday with interview / presentation??

Report on Europa website and Twitter. A wee balanced and sensible report on EOG. Good information and realistic forecasts based on risk and forward oil pricing. Encouraging and exciting.

I never thought I would say this from previous experience. Barclays Stock. have been pretty good.
1) Detailing what my holding will be.
2. Updating the movements of dates when the shares will in theory be mine.
3) Ambiguity - It could be up to 4 weeks from the 19th (from memory) before they receive and action the share certificate. In other words - my shares to trade/hold etc....

Tovoc - You and I have been invested here since Methuselah was a lad. I read but don't really participate on these boards.
On this one I do have to agree with Cloves. Keep our hand in our pockets - let UJO pay for the RNS. Plenty of opportunity to update the market. Interims, critical path with our new partners etc....The RNS, if written by us would hardly set the world alight. We are no good at it. At least the UJO guy has some flamboyance.

Long term share holders have been told that the Irish farm out has been moving forward / progressing for circa 18 months. Now Morocco looks like the next hot prospect, or a phrase that drive EOG shareholders mad, the company maker!! Can we just be provided a clear 12 month plan which surely begins with Wressells?

It should - I think if the share traded between 32p and 38p it would be fair. Then hopefully the divi returns which is part of the reason I invested in the first place. If plans remain on track, then a reasonably active remainder of the year.
