what are we expecting over the next couple of months? last trading update was 11/10/16 for 3 months to end of Aug. So, end of Nov update due early Jan? Year end was 14/12 last year. They were pretty quiet in Nov last year. And some juicy bits....New trading standards are Unique File Requests (UFR's), rather than listens. UFRs increaded from 93.4m in Q2 to 102.5m in Q3, representing approximately 10% growth in real terms, quarter on quarter. Also, served advertising impressions (SAI). The Board reported increase in served advertising impressions from 43.5m in Q2 to 59.0m in Q3. This represents approximately 35% growth quarter on quarter. ££.
$8m (approx £6.5m) from Chinese investment possibly coming soon? this was announced 03/10/16. aside from that they raised £2.56m on 03/10/16 so that would give them 6 months on current cash burn (early April 2016?), BUT.....REVENUES ARE INCREASING THEREFORE CASHBURN WILL DECREASE. Is this the turning point for this company?
The MM's appear to be letting people to buy in below 2.5p. Bargain. Can't believe this company is only values at £15m. With revs of circa £1m this is undervalued in my opinion. I guess peeps are waiting to see hard proof but I would not mind owning a company that pulls in £1m! And increasing.
Some interesting take aways from this article. A) supply is outstripping demand B) adverts are the same on many podcasts therefore not a lot of money to go round C) Audioboom yet again don't get a mention yet competitors do. I thought we were the leader of the spoken word?
