Because the major shareholders want as much of the company as possible. They know it's seriously undervalued, that's why it's delisting. Be harder to buy shares once delisted. IMO

If £1.50 is cheap according to CEO then I think they'll buy as many shares at loss, even at £1

Yep ii's or Management buying up as much as they can, think this will rise more before de-listing.
