Coffeecups I hope I have made my point. You frequently address me as Pub. That is a discourtesy.
My iPad often op autocorrects names in error. I try to always issue an apology and give the correct name, even with those that I strongly disagree with. I expect the same in return please.
BarganeHuntar once again you have not understood the background of many LTHs. We know every bit as much as anyone here about being underwater. I was underwater for 2 1/2 years and for much of that time more than 50 to 60% down.
And let me give you a lesson in the error of pre judging people. At that time (2013 onwards) I was recently retired. Not rich at all. In fact I invested a large part of my pension lump sum into BMN and then saw it reduce significantly in value. I can assure you that was not money I wanted to lose.
However I focussed entirely on the the management and their performance in building the company, starting with their switch from iron to vanadium. I can honestly say I remained positive throughout all of that, as any witnesses to my posts at the time can testify. And my patience and confidence have been very well rewarded.
I see further periods of strong share price growth ahead so am holding and adding.
BarganeHuntar you do what you want but don't you dare suggest that people like myself don't understand what it is like to be significantly underwater. I can empathise with those who are down. However if you invested for the right reasons and understand that games are being played with the sp then you have every reason to remain confident. Just keep focussed on what the company is doing. Eventually good fundamentals will win.
Just my opinion.
Come to think about it why not 5 days? After all who can say when the imminent Mokopane licence will be granted .... or a share buy back .... or further recovery in V price.
Just trying to balance your wholly negative and misleading post.
BarganeHuntar I have to correct you. Only those who have sold may have lost money. If you have held, just like LTHs did during 2014 to early 2017, then you haven't lost a penny. And those long term holders now sit on large profits. Why haven't many of them sold? Because they like the fundamentals and can see this share price going much higher.
The BMN story is so compelling that surely no one can be daft enough not to understand the long term potential here. In my opinion to make real money on AIM (not the pathetic 2 or 3% that some traders are prepared to lie through their teeth to gain) you have to find a good company and have the patience to hold, perhaps adding when opportunities arrive like today.
And have strong nerves. If making large amounts of money on AIM was easy then we would all be rich!
Just my opinion.
I think we need to return attention to just how good the
S company is. Apologies for reposting:
To demonstrate BMN's exceptional performance in 2018 the company made a gross profit of $95 million and a net profit after tax etc etc of $49 million (compared to a net loss in 2017 of $892 thousand). That is an amazing turnaround.
The company ended the year with $42 million in the bank and NO DEBT !!!
In H1 of 2019 Ebitda at Vametco was $48.6 million (BMN owns 74% of Vametco). Thus the stunning financial performance of this company continues to generate the revenue that will fund the majority of the Vanchem deal from internal profits with a relatively small proportion funded most likely by debt funding. That debt will be paid off in very short time from both the profits from Vametco and of course the significant profits generated from Vanchem's own production of almost 1,000 mtV pa.
BMN already has a track record of delivering exceptional value to those LTHs that had the patience. In my opinion the next 18 months has the potential to deliver similar exciting returns. The mining and processing side will certainly play its part through the Vanchem acquisition and any further increases to production at Vametco, together with low production costs. And let's not forget that the mining licence for Mokopane, one of the world's largest high grade vanadium projects, is imminent!!!!!
Any significant developments with Bushveld Energy are likely to have a very positive impact on sp.
All looking very exciting.
Just my opinion.
Berserker I appreciate the clarification. Thank you. However my comment was a relevant to all my fellow shareholders. Many of whom I have great respect for, and that includes those that I occasionally disagree with.
If you show people on this bb some respect I am sure you will receive it back. Referring to some of them as looneys does nothing to help you be taken seriously.
Just my opinion.
Tell me something ma5k. If you are so clever where were you during 2017 and 2018 when this share was one of the best performing shares on AIM? Is the answer that you didn't see this one? In spite of the fact that we were screaming it out loud?
We had pkenty if scaremongers like you brandishing their trading charts and forecasting doom. They were completely wrong.
Let me tell you something else. If you are so clever at predicting share prices by now you would be a multimillionaire relaxing on some tropical beach. Instead here you are trolling a bb on LSE, probably on a share you don't even have a stake in.
Sorry pal. Just can't take messiahs like you seriously.
Wrong yet again ma5k.
That childish and pathetic "rose tinted" cliche tells me all I need to know about you.
Most well researched contributors here, including me, base their opinions on the past and present performance of the company and how it will deliver on its business plans in the future. They consider the company fundamentals including the very significant cash flow and profit, plus cash in the bank in order to achieve their valuations, and to understand how the company will finance future expansion and acquisitions.
Rose tinted my ar*e. These opinions are based on hard evidence.
As for you well a randomly picked number, completely meaningless and with no supporting explanations. Sorry pal, you are out if your league and I can't take you seriously.
