Good morning everyone Great to see the photos on the website - you can almost touch that antimony and gold. Looking forward to having the cash cow turned on.
Overall happy and I would hope we will hear about the AGM date fairly soon - am guessing early June. Who will be going?
https://www.investegate.co.uk/tri-star-resources--tstr-/rns/final-results/201805020700158224M/ On first read key things for me: 1. Odey loan maturity moved to 2019 2. Plant 94% complete 3. Cold commissioning started 4. Hot commissioning q2 2018 5. First production summer 2018 Very good news indeed.
Good news that our CFO is investing more in the company - but it means no market sensitive news due soon. Condor Gold (AIM: CNR; OTCQX;CNDGF; TSX: COG) announces that it has been informed today that on 11 April 2018, Jeffrey Karoly, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 45,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.435 per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Good morning everyone. 1 week closer and lets hope we might get some news this week.
Nice one CC
It has been an interesting debate today and I can understand both sides of the debate. I dont believe the company has been clear about how much is owed to Odey and how this will be paid off when due by the end of June but the board must believe it can repay the loans (from the $2 million upon commissioning) and other sources otherwise they are would be trading insolvent. I suppose the other sources could be a further equity fund raising. However, SPMP are now very close to first production a matter of weeks away and when revenues commence the debt repayments to the banks and shareholders will be easily covered. We know dividends to TSTR shareholders wont be paid till 2020 but this is not that far away. I am a long term shareholder and do not believe Odey will take the company private, but nothing is 100% certain. I actually believe when the cash-cow starts the real opportunities will start which could include a further roaster in Oman funded by us or licensed elsewhere in the world. My guess is the former first especially when looking at a recent article (https://www.gtreview.com/news/mena/74274) The aim of antimony roasting facility is to make Oman a world hub for value-added mineral processing and help the country as it aims to diversify its revenue streams. I am here for the long term and the next 3 months will be very interesting.
SPMP bank funding in place - no more money needed from us :-) "Construction of the plant is ongoing with over 600 people now working on site and overall completion is at 86%. The front end of the plant, comprising of the concentrate handling shed and concentrate dryer, is complete and ready for cold commissioning. The plant is due to produce its first antimony metal in June 2018. SPMP expects the plant to then ramp up to a production rate of between 2,000-3,000 tonnes/month by the end of the year (circa 50% of design capacity)." Great RNS
In the January RNS we were told "Commissioning of the OAR is expected to be delayed due to the late supply of switchgear and the required connection to main grid power." I am guessing switchgear has arrived and there must be a commissioning date. It would be nice to know what the new commissioning date is/was - maybe it has even passed. Would be nice to know were we stand now and when the cash cow will be switched on. Exciting times ahead and looking forward to being told about the the first production and sale of antimony and gold !!
SPMP funding had not been sorted - bank funding was still up in the air. I do agree re TSTR funding though
I am also not surprised but there is AWESOME news in the RNS: "In her role as Director of SPMP, Karen has been instrumental in the structuring and sourcing of new equity and bank funding." This tells me the SPMP funding is all sorted.
I wonder if we will have the publishing of the final 2017 annual report this week which will come with an update. The last two years these were published on the 9th and 10th of March. GLA
I agree but there is normally an update at the same time
Hope everyone had a good weekend. For the last 2 years annual results have been announced in early March: 2017 - 10th March 2016 - 9th March if this is true this year then less than a month till we get a formal update - hoping we hear something soon.
Good spot Krispy this is definately 10,000 more than it was.
Now the OO has been completed (and remember only current shareholders could participate). Now it is time to sit back while the plant goes into commissioning mode. We can expect some exciting announcements over the next few months. Obviously we still have the balance of the Odey loan to pay off - lets hope the $2 million payment from SPMP payment comes through before the loan is due. Lets also hope SPMP close additional debt funding so they have no further call on their shareholders. Lets not forget when the roaster is up and running in full we will have a cashcow on our hands.
Good morning everyone and well spotted on the exhibition information yesterday. I am guessing MC will be spending quite a lot of time in Canada in the first couple of months of this year talking to investors as the listing on TSX comes through (hopefully in the next couple of weeks).
You are right technically it is a 4 bagger, but these shares are the cheap shares that will lower your average price dramatically - so people should not be in a hurry, although understand why people maybe wanting to take some profit. I think the MM will run the price down to pick up shares as cheap as possible.
Good morning all - fully agree Ragamuffin lets get on with everything. We are where we are - most importantly though the OAR is almost built and revenue will start coming in as we ramp up into 2019. GLA
