Krispy - hope you got the news before you flew...makes for a great holiday
I have not seen this before, but may have been posted last year: http://www.soharportandfreezone.com/Magazine/SOHAR_Magazine_2018/HTML/80-81/
Nothing new but I thought this was interesting:
"SPMP will continue to grow and develop this site and its business in related technologies and downstream value-added products"
Mineral Resource Update on La India Project, Nicaragua, including initial declaration of new open pit mineral resource at Mestiza
Condor Gold (AIM: CNR; TSX: COG) is pleased to announce the results of an updated Mineral Resource Estimate (the "MRE") on its 100% owned La India Project in Nicaragua. The MRE as at 25 January 2019 is 9.85 million tonnes ("M tonnes" or "Mt") at 3.6 g/t gold for 1,140,000 oz gold in the Indicated category and 8.48M tonnes at 4.3g/t gold for 1,179,000 oz gold in the Inferred category.
And don't forget 50,000 oz of gold ;-)
Good morning everyone.
Yesterday was definitely not a good day for shareholders but thinking things through last night and re-reading the RNS a few times I think the market and people on here have over reacted.
What is the worst case scenario if SPMP cannot raise addition debt - TSTR has to find £3.25m to invest in SPMP as a shareholder (and maybe a bit more for general expenses). Maybe the share price should have been down 20% max. As is always the case it overshoots.
But as the Omani banks have already supported the project and the project is 95% complete I cannot see them walking away at this point...and remember OIF is a major shareholder in SPMP and from looking at old RNS SPMP does not seem to be highly leveraged.
Remember when the roaster is up and running we have a serious cash cow on our hands, added to which gold is performing well.

So Crispin had a good year last year being bearish - maybe he can have a great year by being long TSTR !!!

I agree Wassatt - two RNS but not the one we want :-(
MWW going to non exec chairman not really a major move in my mind
Always nice of Jim to promote CNR and his holding:
"In gold, I remain a director, shareholder and stalwart supporter of Condor Gold (LON:CNR), listed on AIM, and a shareholder in Venturex (ASX:VXR) and Zenith Minerals (ASX:ZNC) in Australia, both of which I like."

I was thinking last night and doing some research on B2G and their La Libertad project. It seems from MC's comments there maybe spare capacity in their plant...would be great to use this spare capacity to generate some income for us.
La Libertad's FH 2018 Performance Snapshot (https://www.b2gold.com/projects/producing/la-libertad/)
Gold production(2) was 40,775 oz
Cash operating costs were $945/oz
AISC were $1,262/oz, 14% below budget
It seems that they may be running out of gold there....if they are then here was my wild thought, what if we could buy their plant and ship it 350km to La India.
We would get a cheap plant and B2Gold would get some money for their plant.....
Maybe I am dreaming
Decided time to top up a further 10,000 shares this morning.
I have to believe as MC has been so public about the opportunity for pre production income that the thinks there is a good chance it will happen....at least he and JM have put their money where their mouth is with their recent top ups as well.
Lets hope for a nice Christmas present
I have to say this week has been a game changer in my mind so long as MC can pull it off.
As people here have already said MC looked very confident in the interview and at the presentation. Today's RNS with a dramatically increased concession AND if he can get one of the other two producers to accept our ore then I am guessing we could be cash generative within the next 3-6 months....Then the market and the big boys will look differently at us.
Of course with gold also moving up 2019 could be perfect for us....It has been a long haul. GLA
Been very busy so not been reading the forum - apologies if this as already been posted - interesting article: https://www.mining-technology.com/features/antimony-will-china-continue-control-supply/
Would be nice to get to £1, but I have to say I am owning this as a dividend stock from 2020 onwards. Once running this will become a cash cow, IMHO
Lovely to see a nice positive movement this week.
Let hope we have first metal announcement in the next couple of weeks - this would mean a solid move north.
Have a good weekend everyone.
From the last update end of October
This time next week it will be October. Not long to wait and when we have our first antimony and gold I reckon these levels will look very cheap. Have a good week
Well spotted Wassat
