For year end 31/3/19 ODX reported revenue of £9.6Million, ‘18 was over £13Million
That revenue is fully supportive of the current company Mcap of £50Million is fully supported by current revenue and none of the speculative Covid value or revenue is yet priced in.

On the other hand, AVCT has an Mcap of £150Million and their last reported revenue for year end ‘19 was only £4.12Million.

On all the evidence I’ve looked at, from every angle, ODX looks like the best risk/reward Covid play with the most potential for share price growth.

All revenue is relative to the current company Mcap. That’s why ODX at sub £50 mill Mcap is so attractive.
Companies in this sector are typically valued at 5X revenue so the ODX Mcap only reflects a revenue of £10mill.
ODX have the capacity to to produce 4 Million tests per month across all sites. If they margin a modest £1 from east test that’s £48Mill per year.
5 X 48 = £240Million
Before the Covid crisis the HIV and food detective part of the business were valued at £20 Million.
£240Mill + £20Mill = £260Mill with revenue established.
£260Mill/150mill shares = £1.73 per share

That’s over 5 bags from here and very realistic.

In order to 5 bag AVCT has to go to £750Mill Mcap. I see that as unrealistic and highly unlikely but good luck with it anyway pal.

But Wolves, AVCT is £150Mill MCap, that’s 3X ODX MCap and looking toppy considering they are at similar stage to ODX. NCYT are about £250Mill Mcap.
We are all looking for the bagger aren’t we, so to “Bag”, AVCT have to go to £300Mill MCap which is bigger than even NCYT lol.
An ODX bagger to 60pps is still sub £100Mill MCap. Considering ODX have the HIV tests that have enormous potential and the Food Detective testing project that has just been granted approval for China, I think the likelihood of the bagger here at ODX is very high.
AVCT could also get to £300Mill Mcap and be bigger than NCYT but I see it as unlikely and it will be less attractive to investors the bigger it gets.

That hedging facility has proven to be a stroke of genius. That’s, plus 20% of UOG production is gas. Market is totally overlooking these factors.

I think that’s why Gov are so cool under all this pressure about testing numbers.
Basically, I reckon it’s all done bar the shouting and it’s Mologics and we're going into partnership and production of that one too. Happy days. :)

Thanks Dibs. For what it’s worth I don’t think the next news on the rapid POC test will be design freeze, or weeks away as many think.
I think next POC test news will be Mologic coming into the Consortium and a team up with them to use their Rapid POC test which sounds like it’s at a more advanced stage than the one being worked on currently by Omega. Could be early next week. Only my musings. GLA.

Dibs; Have Mologic also got a developed Rapid POC test? If so why do you think the Gov have not brought them into the Consortium to use it?

All the talk in the media is about antibody testing. Not hearing any talk about the Antigen test at all. Media focus totally on Antibody testing and given the pressure the Government are under from BBC and Sky re their 100k target by the end of the month, when news breaks, it will be on the front page of every UK newspaper and top story on BBC news for days. In the 2’s before drill results I reckon then, as you say in the 3s when results drop. Goldman Sachs are forecasting $60 oil for 4th quarter 2020 so we should see fair value then at 4Xrevenue which will be around £12 Mill so that’s a £48Mill Mcap.
My target for later in the year here is an SP of 7p+ comfortably. That’s just based on current revenue. DYOR.

The Roche test is a Lab test. It needs participating labs to purchase Roche lab equipment, incurring costs, not to mention the time involved. We’ve covered it at least 3 times already. Please do some basic research before posting the same rubbish over and over again and try to keep up. Thanks.

Both RDSB and BP are up. Tullow is up 20% today. Looks like the equity market in the oil sector has already priced in all the bad news due to demand destruction and is starting to look forward. Can’t argue with the market.
UOG is in s great position to respond strongly to the recovery for the reasons I gave in my previous 3 point post below.
In my opinion investors are watching and waiting for the drill result before piling in to mitigate s big more risk. Fair enough but by then it will be too late. Good luck getting in UOG at under 2.5p on announcement of a successful further discovery at El Samiyah 5. I’m loaded up and will have the popcorn out. GLA.

I was making an observation concerning the optimism displayed by the market which is evident in the lack of the expected dump in oil stocks.
If you don't share the market optimism then that is your perogative but I have learned to just go with the trend. Trying to be too smart and go against the market verdict and the market trend rarely goes well in my experience. Only my opinion and observation based on the evidence of this mornings price action, obviously I couldn't care less what anybody else does. DYOR.

Exactly Oro. Silly overdone opening drop there today. Some fool sold expecting a big dump on oil stocks and is now kicking himself as MMs take it back up.
Clearly, the market sees this dump in the futures market as a temporary blip, probably manipulated by shorters. Even Tullow is only down a couple of percent ha.
UOG will be back blue this afternoon. We’re in great shape and it’s all looking good for a healthy recovery here. GLA.

Three very important points to bear in mind with UOG that mitigate the headwinds facing other junior oilers in the sector....

1.) UOG are currently drilling at EL Samiyah 5. Drill is on c. Day 75 and results at TD due. Area has a CoS rate of >80%.
2.) Over 20% of UOG total current production of >1800boepd is gas.
3.) UOG are currently selling around 6,600 barrels oil per month to BP at a hedged price of $60. This agreement is in place for 2 years.
