Two more Coronavirus briefings before Monday to let the cat out the bag and gov constantly talking about antibody testing.
John Hopkins University let it slip on their site on Friday that the gov has pre ordered 3.5 million antibody tests.
They’ve deleted it today and said it was a mistake in another tweet. They know they let the cat out the bag. News soon. GLA.

I was watching an interview on BBC this morning with a Cambridge professor who was saying they have no idea yet how people with antibodies will react and at what level of immunity and how long for.
He said that’s why it’s so difficult to produce a vaccine because they don’t have enough data to go on.
He said the only way to get enough data to develop a vaccine is to obtain more data from people with antibodies and for that we need more antibody testing he said.
Developing a vaccine is difficult because too strong and it kills people. Too weak and it doesn’t provoke sufficient antibody reaction to provide immunity.
He said mass antibody testing is required and monitoring of people with various levels of antibodies to see how they react and how long immunity lasts.
It’s all very preliminary currently but one thing is clear: Mass antibody testing is happening. Deal with it.

A massive amount of money poured into this at 18-20, including me. Lots of PIs were slicing yesterday in the 36-38 range as new money came in.
The fact that the SP didn’t drop back that much shows the amount of new money coming in at these levels. That bodes very well for the next leg up to 60 where those in at 30 will slice.

The company will be making a very healthy profit for shareholders. If Mologic want to collaborate with the Gates foundation in a parallel collaboration to that undertaken with ODX then that is nothing to do with us.
If ODX participate in programs to provide free test kits to the third world then that will be very nice and fluffy, I’m sure all the other Covid companies will do similar.
Primarily the company need to make money to keep shareholders happy and that’s what they’ll be doing. Charitable ventures are all very virtuous but are secondary to the core purpose of any business which is profit making.
Only registered charities exist not to make a profit. That’s why they don’t pay tax. ODX are not a registered charity.

Many companies the world over will be manufacturing and supplying free tests for distribution in the third world when available.
Roche will be supplying some of their lab testing gear for free, Abbott will be giving away some of their testing gear for free, looks like Mologic are setting aside a dedicated operation for it and no doubt AVCT, NCYT and ODX will all be providing a certain percentage of supply for charitable free distribution to third world nations. In order to do that they have to make a profit alongside. It’s got to be sustainable and subsidized by tests sold at profit in the West. That’s how it works but to try and say that ODX will not be making any money but NCYT and AVCT will be making mills and progressing to Billion dollar Mcaps because they won’t be doing anything for free, just ODX, is idiotic, misleading and disingenuous. It’s laughable, uninformed and naive.

All this arguing about charity testing is daft.
Pharmas have been giving away drugs in the third world for decades but to do that they have to make a profit in the West. See link...

These tests will cost us a few quid from boots or Amazon and will cost money across the EU and USA.
If the Gates foundation are funding a Mologic manufacturing facility then it will probably be to manufacture tests that have not been approved for distribution in UK or EU but will be distributed in the third world for free.
Poverty stricken African villagers can’t ring Amazon and pay a fiver for a poc antibody test to be delivered. They will get them free from Mologic. We’ll pay for ours, whichever one it is and that’s yet to be decided. That’s why we’re here. GLA.

Revenue before Covid crisis was £9Mill to £13Mill fully supporting this Mcap.

Smart money will pile in here on a sniff of news as ODX MCap realises the additional value added by the Covid business.

Upward of £1.70 as Covid revenue is reported and increasing as the Food Detective portion of the business starts to take off and bring in revenue from the massive Chinese market that was just recently approved.

Thats the way this will play out now Dibs. All the hot punt money has lost interest here due to the distressed sellers we've had on. They've all followed the Herd into the other Covid plays which look too toppy in my opinion and primed for big sell offs on news.
Sophisticated smart money doesn't follow the herd. Nobody makes money following the herd around. The only way to make money is to identify where the value is and load up in it.

Revenue for year end 2018 was £13Mill

Revenue for year end 2019 was £9Mill

Those figures fully support the current MCap of £50Mill.

Nothing at all is currently priced in for the additional value or future revenue provided by this new Covid testing sector of the business.

To make an investment case for share price growth it’s important to look at revenue and MCap.
All revenue is relative to the current company Mcap and number of shares in issue. That’s why ODX at sub £50 mill Mcap is so attractive.
Companies in this sector are typically valued at 5X revenue so the ODX Mcap only reflects a revenue of £10mill.
ODX have the capacity to to produce 4 Million tests per month across all sites. If they take a modest £1 from east test that’s £48Mill per year.
5 X 48 = £240Million
Before the Covid crisis the HIV and food detective part of the business were valued at £20 Million.
£240Mill + £20Mill = £260Mill with revenue established.
£260Mill/150mill shares = £1.73 per share

Those figures don’t even include current revenue before Covid of £9Mill for ‘19 and £13Mill for ‘18. That’s another £50Mill on the Mcap right there.

£1.73 is over 5 bags from here and very realistic.

In order to 5 bag AVCT has to go to £750Mill Mcap. I see that as unrealistic and highly unlikely

And now available to buy in at sub 20p.

None of the fundamentals have changed apart from the Covid crisis. UK Gov is still under pressure to press forward with encouraging the private sector to build more homes.
