Yes, definitely a question to add for the 29th March results presentation. About 2 years ago I swore never to buy a new IPO ever again. There are to many people/groups who have got in before the IPO at discounted levels. Then come the IPO the drum of how good the company is ramp the initial few weeks in terms of volume, then those in pre IPO sell out. There is something seriously wrong about IPOs and what happens just prior to that. There needs to be some sort of 1 year cooling off period between buying shares pre IPO and the IPO taking place. Or they shield.not be able to sell for atleast say 1 year after IPO. Just 2 cents or thoughts. To me, how IPOs are handled is borderline wrong/immoral/illegal.

There's been a ton of games releases last year, a war where they've had to relocate staff and acquisitions to embed. I'm hoping March 29th will bring only good news for shareholders from all of those titles on many platforms that have been released. Fingers crossed. I'm averaged at 67p.

Team17 sitting on a PE ratiocof 16 and this is sitting at 7..... the metrics of the 2 companies are extremely similar..... whydoes Tinybuild deserve to be effectively less than half the price of TBLD? O I have fair value at 110p to be at the same PE of Team17. There will come a point when it will rerate. Unless someone can point out a fundamental valuation difference between the 2 companies where TBLD deserves the current valuation.

If not in the coming days or weeks another profitable quarter which will be end of April for the update should see the institutions piling in again AND the opportunity for it to be took over at a share premium. Today's update, outside of the outstanding reduction in losses on higher revenues also listed the soon opening of Northern branches. The original challenger bank is finally growing into that challenger bank, who knows maybe a buy out buy of the big FTSE 100 banks if they see it as an emerging/future threat to core business.

Yes agree, NIM increased, revenue has gone up hugely compared to 2021 and that reduction in losses is amazing..... if management had not fixed this company you would have seen huger losses on this larger revenue, but this is not the case. This cannot be simply excused as 'they have profited from BoE base rate lift'.... that is simply not true as they have guarded against this as 90% of mortgage portfolio is fixed at avg 2.1yr life. Happy days for all holders. Eat my hat if this drops today.

Bloody awesome results, profitable in Q4 and look at that gigantic reduction in losses compared to previous year. This has a pathetic share price to net tangible asset value compared to peers. This in my view should see it fly and should see institutions return.

See my earlier post, MTRO simply undervalued. Should be at a price of £2.25 per share to match horrendous BARC Price to book or PE. Also as in previous post remember that there is little to no evidence of delinquency in customer base. Aided by over 90% being fixed rate mortgages.

So in a sense there's more shares, so we've been diluted and onto of that some money being paid out = really not good for us is it. Why did I invest? I've been scalded.

But to counter this look at the price to book value of Lloyd's, today its 0.74....... compare this to say HSBC with P/B of 0.9. Look at Natwest's which has 0.84, also BARC which would have had 9% more profit YoY if it wasn't for their **** ups....... that is sitting on a P/B of 0.4...... Now, MTRO is sitting on a pitiful PB of 0.26...... so if we recalculate its price vs its market value so its the same as lowly Barclays then the price per share should be £2.25p. Or IF we take Lloyd's P/B then METROs price per share should be £4.28p per share...... this is the main reason I have topped up yet again. And also because the Q3 report clearly states NIM, a key metric of financial health for banks, improving in 2023. Not only that but "There has been no deterioration in early warning indicators and
no signs of stress or increased delinquency across the customer base".

Fuethermore: "Over 90% of the Retail mortgage portfolio is fixed, with an average repricing duration of 2.1 years". I.e. impairments will be minimal from this aspect unlike the other lenders.

Fill your boots guys and girls all indicators show this is a proper value stock re-rating. Totally undervalued in its sector and with many lessons learned from the past.

Me personally I'm hoping for the rerate to stop at the lowest expectation of £2.25p. I'd be happy with that but to be honest, why shouldn't it have the same PB as say Lloyd's? Which means a bearish target should be £4+per share for METRO.

I have used factual information from the Q3 report and sector metrics to help prevent confirmation bias.

This stock is above its 200day moving average for a reason. Its rerating as its far to cheap.

For METRO all we need to do is read the Q3 2022 report. All the confidence you will you need.

Interesting point you make about Hogwarts! Fingers crossed for results day. But it can surely only go in one direction.

I speak to my circles of friends and family, and generally keep eyes and ears open.... I feel people generally are choosing not to make that purchase of say Hogwarts Legacy at £65...... however, indie gaming market I.e. those like Tinybuild, is still expected to grow. Now, combining that with Tinybuilds cash burn e.g. increased staff overhead I do still hope and think they will issue decent results, even though they said "will be broadly in line". Its not just Hello Neighbour 2 they have released that's for sure! Check the releases out from this year. I do think they will improve in profits and revenue because of their volume of releases recently and have a surprising results day. I also like founder Alex's embracement of AI for improvements in his business. He's taken his business to so many increased levels (no pun in intended) that it will only continue, whether that is kids tv shoes based on his games, and nice future RNS's on how AI will improve his business will only ultimately aid the shareprice to grow, or the other spin offs from the IP they own. All the hallmarks of an improving and growing business.

What the little people fail to see in the bulk of the reports, but the big fish do is that there is often mention of "increased provision for impairments".... I.e. the BoE rate goes up then more risk of loan/debt default. Just because its profits today doesn't mean its profits tomorrow and that's why the bank SP's drop in this reporting period.... the market is forward thinking. NOW, I draw your attention to the November Metro report...... they explicitly said there is no reported issue / no noticeable delinquency on this front. OK so we have had some rate increases since November's report BUT the signs are very good from Metro. Which is why I do believe it is a multi bagger with many lessons from the past. Good management team, back to profitability and room for growth from the stagnant old titans like BARCLAYS report last week who obviously don't have their ship in order.

Here's a reminder of why this is going to continue to fly to the moon, from Metros November announcement:-
-"Ahead of previous guidance"... since November through BOE has only benefitted them.
-"Expect NIM to improve through 2023 given evolving balance sheet composition, base rate increases and deposit pricing discipline"
-"there has been no deterioration in early warning indicators and no signs of stress or increased delinquency across the customer base”.

The last point above is the best considering a couple of other listed banks mentioned that they had to have more provision for loan impairment.

I know they say "buy the rumour sell the news" but I just don't see this pulling back at all come results day. I am convinced its a multi bagger. All signs, whether its value metrics/charting/MTRO official news/macro economics..... wherever I look its positive. I am a proper glass half empty person normally but I can't see bearish issues at all. Can anyone list any bearish comments?

A very nice indicator of a great results day if your a MTRO/LLOYD/NWG shareholder. Outside of Barclays other **** ups that caused their fall today.

If we read the RNS or the Credit Suisse summary it's basically BARC's own **** ups and blunders for the failures. Not that of the banking industry: "Barclays posted litigation and conduct charges for the
year of 1.6 billion pounds, including fines and restitution to
customers from overstepping agreed limits on sales of investment
products in the United States."

Hi Fre1, back in 2018 when it was £40 per share there were 96m shares in circulation. Now there is 172m. So near enough double the shares. So theoretically the £40 a share back in 2018 is £20 a share now. Me personally, I think £2 a share is possible prior to results day, and in my view it will undoutably fly from then on. The fedis still struggling controlling inflation but even if it wasn't the BOE rate is going to be at roughly these levels for a long time yet. Which = alot of profit. Alot of profit will mean alot of free cash flow.to put to good use to ramp the share price up and up, and up. This will be remarkable turnaround story. The FCA £10m fine now well in the rear view mirror.
