Jack, they will have spent more than the budgeted 3.25 million given its taken longer than planned, and used more drills. (in the PFS the estimate for infill drilling was 5 million USD).
That aside they wont be able to give a timeline of the DFS until they complete the drilling (and assay results) and understand if TAM is viable or not. This impacts on the TFS, the costing of the project, the cash flow and the NPV. All of which are important parts of the DFS.
In the corporate presentations from earlier in the year they split the permitting into 3 streams. One is the Cascabel Site Permitting. One is the TSF and one is the Port and Pipeline permitting. Its not clear if the TAM drilling impacts on the port and pipeline permitting (my gut feel is it does for the pipeline but not the Port). It defo impacts on the first two though.
