The permitting schedule was included in this presentation. It has subsequently clearly changed because of the inclusion of TAM and the movement of the TSF from the coastal plains site to Parambas or Cachaco its clearly impacted on the DFS and the permitting schedule.

But it doesnt matter - they have a plan which works around that. They now seemingly have the movement of Santa Cecilia on the critical path, they will start the declines early (which they have the permit for). They want to start mining TAM in January 2028. That means we need to submit the permit application in Jan 2026 to be safe to have the permit in time. Its nothing to worry about and in construction things change all the time.

Also as an aside I know you are an idiot - how can you know so little about SOLGOLD if you have so much money invested. Franco didnt give 100 million for us to do the DFS... which is why its Condition Precedent for the 3rd installment. Ie we only get the last money from the 100 million after its completed. They need to submit the permits to get the third tranche and they need the approval for the construction installment.

Jack, they will have spent more than the budgeted 3.25 million given its taken longer than planned, and used more drills. (in the PFS the estimate for infill drilling was 5 million USD).

That aside they wont be able to give a timeline of the DFS until they complete the drilling (and assay results) and understand if TAM is viable or not. This impacts on the TFS, the costing of the project, the cash flow and the NPV. All of which are important parts of the DFS.

In the corporate presentations from earlier in the year they split the permitting into 3 streams. One is the Cascabel Site Permitting. One is the TSF and one is the Port and Pipeline permitting. Its not clear if the TAM drilling impacts on the port and pipeline permitting (my gut feel is it does for the pipeline but not the Port). It defo impacts on the first two though.

Jack its close enough but it wont help with early production as its miles behind on license. It has to get the Advanced exploration license so its at least a year and a half behind cascabel.

The graphic on page 9 shows a central production facility linked to Alpala, TAM, Chical and Blanca Nieves. It seems to be a long term plan rather than early production.

Rodney there are multiple cases going through the constitutional court. The chamber of mining also stated that the government werent open to discussing the tax which is specifically why that body took the government to court over it.

I dont get how people think exploreco can be announced when they dont know if there will be a tax of in excess of 30 million usd a year or not. Surely that is very important to the cornerstone investor?

Where did he say August for Explorco? In his interview last week he said its "early days on the structure" that doesnt suggest an announcement this month to me - though would be happy to be wrong.

Affrm I think the only way it will pass 14p this week is if we get more drill results from TAM and they are at least as good as the last 3. That or some other news. Given on the 28th of July they said "Samples from 5 more holes have been shipped out for assaying" it would seem quite possible that we will get the results this week or next week.

PS the 650 million is for cascabel. The agreement also makes reference to an open pit (mostly redacted) that surely can only be TAM.

We wont get the permit this year Fort. Slim chance we will apply this year - most likely we will apply early next year. Will take a year maybe a bit more.

They will be loving it. They will get a lot more money out of it. Im interested if the terms change if TAM is a goer - when I read the contract I think its likely (or they have a lottery win)
