refinancing can allow the debt to be smaller due to offsets
that's if I have grasped it correctly

so far a full day of sells.
ultimately the oil price is needed to drive real interest and thus the sp in this.
so its a good time to buy.
while it is cheap.
forget any other factor.....

to be quite frank, the present board has to put something out to state its case after the seafox issue.
it has at least stated it is doing that and that it believes seafox has its numbers wrong (presumably with remarks to streamlining and cost cutting).
either way as GFD stated whether its the gms or seafox here is a good chance of loan from the region (I would hope).

i must admit the Islamic loan looks likely when you read the seafox literature.
there looks to be people who could well be in a strong position if not to help directly then to be able to facilitate enough contact to allow a hat at least. wabbits to follow.
perhaps this is also true of some people on the present board?
any thoughts on that?

bibby and the firm before administration.......dont get me wrong being in those positions can allow experience of pitfalls others wont even see and maybe I am being too led by previous happenings but some thought (even if you think it is my self doubt and I am being overly cautious) about it possibly being a negative would be appreciated. perhaps it isn't at all. perhaps the experience isn't there with just about anyone else?

the administration might take time and they may have a deadline rather be thinking in terms of a gms schedule.

but I was looking at bibby and the previous company the cfo was at that went into administration.

not so sure.
this could easily slip lower in the thirties or the into the twenties.
it isn't a bounce situ.
aybe some postal buys might change things a bit.
but your in a stock truly overvalued in the first place.
dont get me wrong buying in the 20's and 30's and holding might be good as a long term but the 70 or 80 might take a while imho.

the exchange rate has had a large effect.
dropped by 1/3 against dollar. iirc.
I know there are other issues but wiping 1/3 off by exchange rates (slightly more even iirc) is going to hit hard.
I am sure it will come round but the exchange rate has done for te heady days of 130 a share for now. imho
