Vanadium – Sichuan province to step up quality checks on rebar
• The move is likely to create better compliance with increased vanadium content regulations and lift prices of ferrovanadium (FastmarketsMB)
• Sichuan is also looking to reduce water-quenching for steel hardening which is more brittle, rusts and is of greater risk of failure in earthquakes and under stress.

Hi paludina. If you look back was there not a start point where they announced it? I'd prefer BMN don't spend cash buying shares back as it leaves them knowing there financial status. I got a bonus the other month and it's just sat there waiting until I have a more confident view on where we are with the coronavirus cos I know how much support it can give me if anything in my current employment situation changes.

Bushveld also announces today the launch of a share buy-back programme to repurchase up to 10 per cent of the Company's issued share capital by way of on-market purchases. The purchases will be at a maximum price (including expenses) of 105 percent of the average closing price for the Company's shares for the five trading days prior to the date of purchase.

The Board has examined the merits of share repurchases and has concluded that it would be in the interests of the Company and its Shareholders as a whole to provide for the flexibility to implement on-market share buy-backs. The Company has the necessary balance sheet to implement the share buy-back.

I know they have approval from shareholders, I just thought they had to inform the ftse, that they were beginning that process?

Personally we'd have to be well over 20p for me to even begin to consider the seller had finished.

I was looking through the last comment from Cellcube with regards the sale of Enerox and the following was shown as a reason for the delay;

So are we thinking Fortune maybe renegotiating the price? Or is it just a case of getting the remaining paper work completed?
