I almost feel it is wrong that people who have a vested interest other than shares in a company should be allowed to vote, to second SUFCESSEX, the potential gains on this if the vote goes FOR removing the entire board (or parts of it) will be at least 100% (that day), however it will be of a lesser % increase than the possible decimation of the share value if they are allowed to remain (if 1% is sold each day). The bigger shareholders (MIC recently) will hopefully vote to remove the board, as they have invested heavily recently and should have no ties to the board only the share price, which is what Benamor has now made this vote
