I got that from hotcopper. I was buying in aus at the same time as here so reading their forum too.
Main gripes are that the co has form doing this before and that swiss pharma only seems to be a yr old with no financials and a very sparse website with no apparent business bar this deal??
If Swiss pharma can be proven credible I'd likely buy back in.

The Aussies believe that this Swiss PharmaCan AG is pretty much a sham co. and claim that mxc has form in doing this before.
Convince them otherwise and they may start to buy imho.

re the 2 buildings.. they've received a $5m cash grant which only pays for 80% of the facility so not too small for the first facility Sure they'll be able to produce commercial quantities with that investment?

Maybe they'll get a larger grant to keep them in country. The way the eu countries have fought over the vaccine I wouldn't be surprised.
Do think they're correct and that the initial plant mid year will add significantly to revenue and sentiment.

MGC Pharma has qualified for the support for a non-dilutive cash grant and has started to receive the ~$5 million (€3.07 million) from Malta Enterprise to renovate and extend the Group 's existing Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) facility in Malta to include a fully functioning GMP certified manufacturing facility for liquid dose form and its COVID-19 anti-inflammatory product, ArtemiCTM.

Construction of new facility commenced during the December quarter and will be completed in mid-2021. Upon completion of the facility, the Group will be in a strong position to immediately increase ArtemiCTM production volumes and reduce logistics costs via the Malta facility due to its optimal geographic location and shipping access.

They have a fully functioning plant being built in Malta now which will add to sales mid year. Sure they'll be fine for funds in 2022. lol

So they have secondary facilities being built to scale production up to humungous levels in Malta and whilst they're doing that they can produce enough in Slovenia already to complete the 40k/month unit sales to Swiss PharmaCan as per the last RNS which takes them well past operational breakeven.
