Is the order book higher because they've got more customers all told or is it because they're now able to add murata's previous customers to the list (rather than being murata's sales for CPX as before?)

Agree unlucky with the virus, seems to have slowed the coal project but both projects going forward, more drilling/proving up to go with the gold mine before project finance is agreed by way of a royalty stream and no further projects to be bought so no RNS's entitled "Placing for new project and working capital" I like that a lot.
Just got to do the patience thing as they add value.

Not up with the stock but seemed a decent update this morning with little movement.
Would it be the L2 result being a might disappointing short term? ie no large flow rate and water to deal with.

Topped up a few today but won't be a seller end of week if there's no great move. Happy to be an accumulator at this level and wait on updates.
Hoping its the right policy will confirm after the next trading update.

NexTech forms Italian subsidiary to evaluate production in Europe

Directa Plus (AIM: DCTA), a leading producer and supplier of graphene nanoplatelets based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, announces that its customer NexTech Batteries Inc. ("NexTech") has formed a wholly owned Italian subsidiary, NexTech Italia SpA ("NexTech Italia"). NexTech Italia has been established with the initial objective being to evaluate the feasibility of producing cathode active materials in Italy, using Directa Plus's G+® graphene nanoplatelets, for the manufacture of Lithium-Sulphur (Li-S) batteries throughout Europe, in order to accelerate the technology's commercialisation.

The formation of the Italian subsidiary follows an MOU between Directa Plus and NexTech, agreed in October 2020, to test G+® products in the synthesis of cathode active materials for NexTech's first generation of Li-S batteries. In February 2021, the two companies entered into a three year exclusive Supply Agreement and opened a joint laboratory to conduct R&D for the development of next-generation battery cathode active material and to support the growth of current and future applications.


NexTech Italia SpA is temporarily located within Directa Plus's facilities in Lomazzo, northern Italy. The Company's experience in Italy and throughout Europe means that it is well placed to help NexTech find the right permanent location where technology and expertise converge to support NexTech's establishment and growth in Europe.


Commenting, Giulio Cesareo, Founder and CEO of Directa Plus, said: "This is a key building block in laying the foundation for strategic growth. We will work together with existing partners of Directa Plus, located in several countries across the European Union, to support the development of Lithium-Sulphur batteries in Europe. NexTech and Directa Plus are already working together on a number of applications including electric transportation, portable electronics and electricity grids."

Its the answer I expected to be honest as these never seemed a bad share just perhaps a little too cautious with their calls on business going forward.
Took a few SB's and just a few shares but IG are giving an awful offer. They want nigh on 4.6p for 50k shares at the mo so will try to time my purchases as to when they're closer to the price.

I make it just under 17m extra shares at this 6p convertible level? Can live with that if they continue on track for first production eoy and prove up Ntiela somewhat too. All adds to the resource potential.
All about staying on track for the gold and coal projects for me. If they can do that I'm a happy holder.

Agreed and still on target for first production end of year. Can't believe we're in on a planned 30k per yr gold producer at this price.
Looking forward to this year playing out with this one.

Guess its all down to which voting machines they use now.

China has no issue with coal nor does this region of Africa, its a mainstay of their economy and will continue to be so.
Its mostly the West that's being forced down the carbon neutral road and that's to bring us in line with the rest of the world economically. New world order and all that carp.
