As said market maybe waiting to see the funds banked but at this level happy to be the early bird.

To be fair to ZEN the stock peaked as the oil price did and has been coming off with it.
Be interesting to see if we get a few buyers with Brents bounce or if a few more odf these positive RNS's will be needed to shake off the old zen vibes first.

Speaking ironically it would be just karma if they did get the yes vote and it turned up significant issues.
Imagine their howling as the directors resign along with the nomad, the shares are suspended and credit ratings and banking facilities are withdrawn so forcing the co. into administration.
Would be quite a blow for everyone involved financially but at least we'd have our schadenfreude to fall back on.

Thats how I see. This group can't negotiate afterwards nor can JP Jersey. They're inviting the entire investor base to vote on whether or not to demand the co. employs one of the big four firms to do an extensive and expensive audit that may or may not show up what they believe to be substantive problems within the co.
If we vote yes then it has to go ahead at the co's expensive no if no buts no negotiations.

I'm getting it from the co. and the "concerned shareholders" did not issue this 303 GP Jersey did and the co. will be legally bound to conform to the terms set in that 303.

Seems pretty clear and would of thought only notification/withdrawal of the 303 by GPJersey can effect change now?

Had a look at the R & D and tax credit situation and discovered there are c. 48,000 UK companies receiving it at the last count so guess CYAN is in very good company with that one.
0.6m doesn't seem a lot either given they spent triple that last yr on R & D. Guess that would have been a better question for this weeks presentation-ie how do you raise the level of tax break you get for R & D its just too low.

The "cocerned shareholders" haven't maade a legally binding offer to pay for the audit cperkin. They've simply made a BB post about it. Unless they get in touch with the co. in writing with their offer to pay its at best meaningless dribble at worst a deliberate attempt to confuse those who haven't voted yet into thinking the field of play has changed.
I emailed the co. over this yesterday and they confirmed that regardless of anything posted here if the vote goes against the co. they are on the hook for the £2m still, nothing has changed so reader beware on the forum here.

I think you should watch the presentation again colour. You don't seem to have taken much of it in.
One of the main reasons the Institutional Investors gave for wanting the recent placing at a premium to the then share price was to bolster the balance sheet for larger/longterm contracts .
The other was fears for rising chip prices I believe? which is something ENET have reported issues with today too. So all in all they did very well imo.

Funny I thought the tax credit answer was an extremely comprehensive reply to what was quite frankly a rather stupid question.
