Yes except he's saying he could of offered them a loan. Doesn't sound like he wants the sp down. If we vote no and he gives them a £2m loan instead then (subject to terms) I'd be happy enough.

Overhang? They're placing 22m shares. We've traded that already today by just gone ten and this is pretty standard volume nowadays.

I know its already been noted just how small this placing is but for perspective we've had nearly 17m traded in the first hour.
Measured against that the 22m seems tiny for the effect it could have on the sp. Must be that the recent 3000BPD slugger hasn't been totally forgotten just because the co. has a need for a bit of working capital.

BMD didn't know about the placing. BMD has been predicting a 4p placing forever and today ANGS announced one at 9p.
He's like a stopped clock, going to look right every now and again as co's do come to the market in order to raise capital for their business plans. No point listing otherwise but that doesn't make the armed robber(failed) right.

Agreed those resolutions need to be voted down. "there being no current intention to use this additional authority" isn't good enough for an aim share imo.

Never happy with dilution but 22m shares isn't a lot imho.

Weekly predictions can be difficult as you're just playing with short term sentiment but it should be remembered (imho) that the fundamentals here are now pretty solid after the 3k slugger at Balcombe and Brockam still to come.

I'm expecting news to take a few weeks.. They did say in the RNS they were doing preparation work on the four wells first and then using the tool. Might be wrong and very happy to be so but reckon this from the RNS could mean four wells worked over first then the tool applied to each in sequence then news?

"The programme begins with preparation work on four of the eight wells. The workovers will proceed in sequence with each expected to take five to seven days to complete. A perforation technology selected to bypass any damage caused by historic heavy mud drilling will then be applied to each well. The technique replaces conventional shaped charge perforation with a micro drilling tool able to cut horizontal drain holes at multiple levels. New or refurbished pumps will then be installed to bring the wells to production, before the process is repeated early next year on the remaining four wells."
