Has anybody had any replies from DH? For many years he has replied to emails but has gone completely radio silent for a while now

@asimpleinvestior - fair point. I appreciate that it might not be an obligation for DH to update us on whether the brines have arrived but surely for good practice communication and keeping shareholders in the loop is not a bad thing?

Especially when they have never been able to stick to timelines I think that would be expected .

If no brines then we are looking at a few more months whilst many shareholders are assuming all is well and awaiting news any week.

We have seen it too many times before.

We are now coming up to quite critical months. March / April have been touted as key months for testing etc but it’s worrying that Clon have not even confirmed if they have the brines yet.

Time is ticking and their history of meeting deadline over the past 25 years is terrible. They just make this work and if we don’t hear anything by end of April then deeply worrying indeed.

Yes middleagedbloke - This is a very valid question and one that should be communicated by clon. Poor communication and show little respect to shareholders. Once the brine arrives then I expect testing would start and it may be a few months before results are known.

This would take us up to the summer which is far behind the expecttaion that a plant would be up and running by then.

Time is against us we must work faster and keep shareholder updated.

I think if the Bolivians for move fwd quickly and get things signed in the next few week so they can build plants this summer then the elections could take a twist and with a new government could result in another lost decade.

@basher - that’s a fair assessment

@rebel 100 - unsure what you mean? Yes Clontarf was / is respected by the Bolivian government and I recall DH saying that at times Clontarf has acted as mediators on behalf of them in a European setting meeting.

However we also know that the Bolivians were only to happy to remove Clontarf from their process when they failed to meet the credit target. So probably doesn’t meet too much.

We need an update even if it’s just to say the brines are delayed.

I have been saying this for month. If Bolivia don’t wort out their inner problems quickly this will negatively impact their country and any possible potential of Clon benefitting.

DH has been very poor with his communication and should be updating shareholders even in twitter with basic updates.

An unhappy souls is desperate to be the ‘centre of attention’ so picks somebody to pick a fight with and hopes there can be 10 posts insulting each other and being in the spotlight .

KCR- I don’t ever recall Clon sticking to any deadline or timeline ever. I am talking about over two decades.

This is why I can’t get my head round these rampers keep repeating an RNS quote or something DH said like it’s ‘gospel’.

They communicate when they have an agenda but important and ‘very basic minimal communication messages ‘ such as whether the brines have arrived or now is something that is silence.

It seems to refer more about 'cooperation'.

Right now lets keep the focus on clon. we 'MUST" hear news (good or bad) this month as time is going past and if they want to start working on construction in July then they need approval asap. If this dags past August then elections may well dramatically change things.

However be under no doubt that if they fail in Bolivia they will keep the ‘lights on’ until DH restires even if that’s in 10 years. Why?

Because they will keep rumours of ‘potential alive’ and we know how many naive muppets here are in this board who will believe anything their cult hero says.
