It says in that handbook the FCA may refuse a request to restore if it doesn't meet the below criteria:

"Restoring a listing that is suspended
LR 5.4.2
The FCA may restore the listing of any securities that have been suspended if it considers that the smooth operation of the market is no longer jeopardised or if the suspension is no longer required to protect investors. The FCA may restore the listing even though the issuer does not request it."

What we don't know is has our initial request to be restored been refused ? There is that possibility which is why its taking so long and why Syme is in regular comms with the FCA

Bottom line, all stocks go up and down; most losing trades come from emotions and trying to time the news. Investors get too involved with day-to-day activity. Investors stay invested, traders trade. Chris2 and MyAvian are neither as they have no position in this share.
