My point is more about inaccurate RNS's. I totally get what's likely to happen if they don't release an update soon. If they we will release something in 30 days and don't. As a company what happens? What's the legal ramifications to release statements with false promises. Hypothetically speaking. Hope that makes more sense.

Could one of the the more knowledgeable Chaps explain what would happen If the company failed to provide further details as per the RNS that was released(say for example with another 20 days) Which ultimately ultimately led to the the share price rising. I appreciate that the the wording of the RNS is not definitive but is highly highly suggestive or is this how companies manage too release such statements.

I do agree but due to lacking experience I can see why people panic sell. I would be looking for some comms
