Absolutely, @Joeman1, in fact self-development would probably yield exponential returns. Not totally certain that's the preferred option for the current mgt team, they seem to like discovering big things - I mean the same team are almost moving on, or at least diluting their interest, already with their interest in GRX.

Nah, for me SVML represents the 'safe' (if anything is in this market) bag in my portfolio, like AMRQ. But if I compare it to the performance of GMET/COBR or even BRES/KEFI the way they're starting to perform it looks miserable - but those are inherently more risky trades.

Also as I said many times it's the Rutile that attracted me here - I mean it's an unbeatable global resource, there's no comparison to EEE which people go on and on about - BUT EEE has performed so well, you can't deny that.

SO what then do you honestly think is holding SVML back? I offered what I thought were reasons @dontbegreedy, let me know yours.

I'd like to think 70p+on DFS based on us currently sub 35p.

But I was listening to Archer on S.Roast and he said something like DFS could slip into Q1, not sure if it was only him thinking out loud or whether he'd had a bit of nod, so perhaps preparing the way (I'm probably overthinking). But the whole RIO thing is also up in the air not that I don't think this is a very attractive opportunity for strategic investor to step in but that series of events take time to organise and agree terms etc. SO I'm wondering if in fact this is becoming a more medium term rerate potential rather than short term.

Could be the reason why we saw some sales recently - better near term opps around with time to reenter here later.

But I agree I think these levels are good to create longs if you're prepared to sit on them for awhile.

Trouble is when you're down the pub with your mates and they're all telling you about their 3/4/500% gains elsewhere and we're still sittin here waitin' on RIO to pick a strategic direction to probably only book 100-200% at the end of the day.

I think it's temporarily, very temporarily, damaged sentiment. People will have read the headline as I did and thought waaaat?

but if you scratch around in the RNSs you see ,as LW has suggested ,that actually it probably looks as though they're simply adjusting their holding.

Unfortunately, the Q& A is in Mayfair, I was hoping for a City location so I could pop out for an hour or so. SO I'm unlikely to make it.

I haven't being buying anything since the 1.5p days, but I have to say on this pullback, despite the tsunami of warrants heading our way I have been buying again taking advantage of the sub-4p level. (highest ruddy price I've ever paid for COBR). I think this has the potential to really perform sometime in the next 12 months, could be sooner rather than later too depending on newsflow.

I agree this is so under-valued, as long as there isn't some disastrous RNS to damage confidence, I think we're in for a major rerate.

@aim Nope haven't sold a bean, hold well over 1% of total stock (breaking my own investment rules!) I even picked up another 600k yesterday.

Just because someone has a realistic view you shouldn't read more into.

From these levels onwards some holders have effectively bagged, so I expect to see a healthy level of profit taking, providing liquidity for new longs to enter.

Incredible for a FRIDAY, first hour of trading and over 10m shares traded, importantly with an upward bias.

Have to say, given we're in no-man's land at the moment, I've been pretty impressed by the trade volume above 5p today - if nothing else it bodes well for the technicals.

Hmm, maybe the whole RIO uncertainty is going to place a dampener on the share performance.

Represents about 1.9% of the shares so you'd think it might generate a TR1 notification - either way good to see it all absorbed on the bid.

My fear this week has been that we could see the SP drift on lack of news - honestly expected we'd have had the latest assays back by now. So I'm increasingly convinced the out-of-the-blue raise had something to do with that,
