I’d support that - never joined FSHG but have 8M shares. Don’t post much as nothing really to offer except I pop in most days and enjoy your chatter. I agree with doing something - many years in the army taught me it was always right to “seize the initiative” otherwise you simply hold ground and never progress. Good luck to you.

Sadly agree but still keep logging in daily like a faithful dog just to see if there is any life left in this old donkey of a share. I fear my pension pot gone too.

5p would be fantastic but even 1p would be great - in fact 0.5 p would be not bad at all considering it’s 0.0000p at the moment

That’s a bit harsh mate - was simply stating where I am. I had lots of confidence in what I was buying and invested a bit at a time building up to 8 Million shares as I thought it was a good investment (If I didn’t then of course I wouldn’t have) but the way things have turned out make me feel I was sucked in by the hype and the promises and assurances (as were many others). Like everyone else I had the chance to sell before it delisted but I didn’t know it was going to!! Yes, again like many I gambled more than I should have done. Just sad that you climb on your high horse and kick me for it. I said I was an idiot and stupid so there’s no need to rub it in. I will go back to watching and hoping - first time I’ve posted in 6 months - if that’s all that happens.

I don’t post very often as I have nothing new to offer. I am just one of many (foolish) people that got sucked in the hype and have 8 million shares that are currently worthless. I have had to take out a loan that I can’t afford to cover my losses (idiot!!).

I log in daily to see what incredible sleuthing has been done and to try to find some optimism that this nightmare may turn out to be a pleasant dream - but like the Ugly Duckling. I fear the worst (we have been had) but hope for something miraculous. Anything over 1p would be magical.

Sadly, I think we have been scammed. I can’t see how this will come right. Haven’t been able to tell my wife I lost nearly £60K nit how stupid I was to put more and more in (greedy) and I have no idea how I can ever replace it -

FFR is just like a bleeding Russian Doll - each tome you get to the next stage threes another bugger to come - and so it goes on. Hope there’s more than a “Games Up” post it when we get to the last doll.

Personally I think this is now game over. I think the whole process over the last 7 months has been to get rid of shareholders - it is the lack of communication that confirms that for me. I have lost a lot of money here and far far more than I could afford. I know I was greedy and thought things were better than they were. It will take years to recover which, at 65, could prove impossible. Until last night I clung to a tiny strand of hope that a Mira leceiuld happen but it clearly isn’t going to happen. Nothing like an old fool
And his money so to speak - I am broke.

What’s this about?

I recognise that the RNS said that FFR would go ahead as a private company but it tied it to delisting which was a direct result of no NOMAD. It said “loss of NOMAD, forced to delist, accordingly go ahead private”.

Surely we are still shareholders even if company not listed otherwise surely any company like NEXT or Sainsbury’s could just say we are delisting, going private, bye bye shareholders. I still believe we are shareholders in a private company and if it is bought out surely we get a share

But what rights do we have as shareholders in a non uk based company. Can Zaza just picket proceeds of sale

The RNS clearly states FRR will delist from AIM but equally clearly says FRR will grow as a private company. . What are the company’s responsibilities to shareholders in a private company. Do we have any power or say. Can Zaza just ignore us and pocket the cash and resources. What if he and Hope are actually in collusion? I can see that Safeway and others are good private companies and pay dividends but what would happen if they just stopped.
