I believe he was not awarded the licence because Congo is not the right place to do business for reasons you have stated, the only sweetener is the money owed due to litigation. Although that in itself could be a reason why.

KS has a lot of capital invested in RBD whereas the two t vv @ts take a bloated salary and award themselves just as equally a disgusting amount of incentives. A lot of what they do is so high risk and it appears the probability of hitting the target is quite small, but for them on their salary it is a process of kicking the can.

I assume KS is of the same opinion as me, I invested for WN not for energy fields in Europe with troubled permitting issues!
