They are welcome to buy mine at the price I paid for them.

you have to suspect something is not quite right. The placings , were for good reasons, so no issue there.

In todays world of electronic transfers you cannot destroy accounts!

Besides which if they are using pen and paper accounting when everyone else is using advanced software computer programmes I doubt any software supplier would let you delete accounts or else they become complicit in that act.

So were they using computerised systems as that information should be stored on their mainframe hard drive somewhere. Who supplied this package they will have the answers?

I do not believe a contract accountant can just destroy records unless there is only one old fashioned paper copy, so that story is BS!

If the two Bozo’s are voted out I presume they will not be allowed entry back into their designated premises. I have never checked if they have one or just a registered office somewhere used by multiple business.

I wonder if a lot of the paperwork might be stored at their home address how would we get that handed over?

This handover process could get messy and would they remain in the country or take a long holiday somewhere to soothe their loss.

One wonders where all the paperwork for RBD is actually stored although there should be back up copies stored with Government somewhere.

So do shares held in Treasury mean they cannot be used to vote with?

Whereas the latest round of shares can be used by the Directors to vote with?

The failure of RBD to release an RNS regarding the accounting issues at Daybreak is of great concern, what were they thinking?
