If my memory was right East African countries were experiencing problems where the companies were taking the materials abroad for processing thus not getting the full value.

A very smart move by Zimbabwe and hopefully means only professional organisations will meet their stated objective.

Personally I think it is a good step for all concerned. If we help set up these processing facilities and mutual trust is developed we could be a big player there at some point in the future.

The only line of defence the Tunisian legal team, https://www.ouerfelli.tn/ , seems to be using is whether the centre has the jurisdiction or competence to see the case and they will not agree to the rule of law to be used.

If that is there only line of defence why would they bother turning up in Washington today?

I hope we get a quick decision and the next issue if enforcement.
