Use of Proceeds
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Placing to:
· expand the oil production facilities at Wressle that has achieved rates from the Ashover Grit reservoir of 884 barrels of oil per day ("bopd") on a significantly restricted choke setting, with high wellhead flowing pressure and with zero water cut;
· progress a gas to power revenue stream at the Wressle project facility;
· drill the planned side-track well on Biscathorpe in 2022, which the Company believes to be one of the UK's largest onshore un-appraised conventional hydrocarbon targets; and
· for project contingency and general working capital.

Use of Proceeds
The Company is already funded for the imminent drilling at West Newton and for the associated Extended Well Test activities, and the cost to first oil production at the Wressle development that is expected to come onstream in Q4 2020. The Company intends to continue to invest in its conventional flagship projects and in its wider licence interests and the net proceeds of the Fundraising will be used to:
· pay the deferred cash consideration due on first oil production at the Wressle development on-track in Q4 2020 as a result of past acquisitions that have resulted in the Company holding a 40% licence interest;
· drill a side-track well at the Biscathorpe discovery planned for 2021;
· ongoing investment for growth in the Company's other conventional onshore drill-ready projects including a proposed low-cost, side-track well at the producing Keddington oilfield and a proposed conventional well at North Kelsey;
· the costs to maintain its licence and project obligations across its portfolio; and
· working capital.
The net proceeds of the Fundraising will also allow the Company to take advantage of attractive acquisition opportunities that it believes will become available from the ongoing fallout resulting from COVID, energy prices and BREXIT.

Im happy to hold in UJO and ZEN, RBD has been a disaster but that has a slight possibility to change.

Your views are very developed world western based. The demand for oil in places like Africa, India, China and the developing third world are not going to disappear by 2030 no matter how much the WEF try to control it and wheel Greta out. Institutional investment will ignore UJO due to ESG but when ESG fails to make pension funds money then there are problems.

Carbon free and ESG investing profitable - maybe, i've had a dabble. Well selected oilers still have a day in the sun in which I consider UJO a candidate, more dividends please.
