PYX Resources: Achieving volume and diversification milestones. Watch the video here.
Worth noting that the average price in China for Q2 was $34.3/KgV (as stated in the RNS) which is higher than we thought.
Remember by the end of Q2, 18% of our Sales were to China and I can only see this increasing from now on.
Fortune stated in the conference call that they were targeting China and US as their main markets now
It looks like the Pangea Storage Project in Australia has now been increased to 300MWh from 200MWh.

This will need circa 1,380mtV.
With the LOI signed between Enerox and Pangea Energy Ltd back in May 2019, this would mean around $34.5m for Bushveld at today’s Vanadium prices. Don’t forget Bushveld have a Vanadium supply agreement with Enerox as minority stakeholders.
That would be a nice RNS to kickstart the news flow!

This time from Vametco!

If you go to 49mins 40 secs in the below presentation by the World Bank and Eskom, the moderator asks:
‘What worries you most about this project?’
One of main worries from Prince Moyo (Eskom):
‘Safety. I’m worried about the safety side, as some technologies are facing problems around the world. We would like to learn from that, and not repeat the same mistakes.’
I think we can rule out Lithium batteries then!

Looking at the 2019 Presentation-
Once the Phase 2 refurbishment of Kiln 1 is complete (2021-22), along with the construction of an Ammonium Metavanadate Plant, Vanchem will produce around 3,100mtV per year. This is huge.
We own 100% of Vanchem so the profits will be substantial.
Add this to Vametco’s projected 3,300mtv per year, the combined plants will be producing circa 6,400mtv within a couple of years.
If Vanadium prices are expected to be around $40 minimum, this equates to a revenue of $256million per year.
This is without any income from Bushveld Energy, or Eskom contracts, or our ownerships in VRFB manufactures.
When you look at the figures, the growth here is absolutely massive!
This time it’s 4,000Kg of Sodium Ammoniumvanadate.
Haven’t seen this being sold before!

Could be some exciting news coming up re the Eskom Battery Tender:

“In 2020, because of infrastructure programs, steel production in China is likely to reach an all-time high, and may break the 1 billion tonne mark,”

Another 11,000 Kg of Vanadium Pentoxide delivered to the US.
Vanchem is 100% owned by Bushveld.
Whilst the manipulators and trolls try and bring the price down for a cheaper buy-in, Bushveld continues to make money!
This is a presentation by Mikhail at the Africa Energy Solar Forum in Ghana from October 2019.
If you look at Slide 15, it seems Bushveld are developing another Solar plus Storage project for a ‘Medium sized SA electricity customer’:
Hopefully good news to come!

Excellent interview. Anthony seems like a very decent and trustworthy CEO.
As long as Phase 1 shows to be economical viable over the next few months, Phase 2 will be financed and will be absolutely massive!
Looking forward to seeing how it all develops.
Fortune- ‘Over the last 2 years we have almost trebled our sales of product into China, and we see this increasing moving forward’.
So the China Vanadium price of $30/Kg is very relevant to us now!

MEM- unfortunately it looks like Investing in shares is not your strong point.
I remember you trying to ramp BMN last year stating that the Qatari Investment Fund were building a large stake. Typical trader talk. No wonder you lost £80K.
Good luck with what ever you choose to do next.
