From RNS 19th March....” Furthermore, all holders of common shares as at the date of this announcement will remain on the Company's register of members.”

My reading is that shares in the new COPL group will be issued and that the HSBC letter is not correct. I received two letters as I hold in 2 accounts with them ....all HSBC clients should email them soonest for clarification before they do something stupid !! All imo.

I’ve just had the same letter from HSBC. I had assumed that new shares in COPL group would just be reissued without any action required by myself ?

There would be nothing wrong with 53p ?

That this would be pushed down ahead of Tuesday.....GLA
