BP announced the other day that due to new 3D seismic techniques they had located a furthe 1billlion barrels of oil in the Gulf of Mexico .... Good that the new seismic technique works ..bad that this may rule them out as a Tier 1 partner. Also bad was that BP share price did not react to this news ...Posters on there suggest that it’s because the world is flush with oil right now

Thing is Fleccy there are very few of those extreme right wing idiots who are prepared to do that ... there are lots on this board who may share the same views of them but would not be prepared to go out and break the law over it ... They will just continue with their comfortable lives being disappointed Brexit didn’t happen ... Shouting on a BB is one thing ..Taking direct action is another ...

Can’t seem to hold above this .. all very strange

It was my first foray into this and I was quite confident that ACA would continue to rise ..Still it was 1k which although never nice to lose it was a punt .. currently sitting at $1040 profit .. had a stop/gain loss of $800 so it sold today and I’ve just bought back in with $1100 stop/ gain

With BB and Supers confidence in this share I opened up a spread on EToro with £1000 or $1270 .. I did it at 179 at its peak today it was $890 in profit although I have banked and opened again .. Worried about cashing out now as you never know when the RNS will drop

Take a look t the share price my friend.. it would appear that I’m not the only one who has doubts

Keefy ...and it’s the same for any company wishing to part with their cash for a farm in ... They will want to get the best for their shareholders...They will know the situation at 88e and they are going to pay as little as they can for their deal... Hence in my opinion they will wait for Winx ... I know it’s very hard to see for some people here ... I’m not saying the future can’t be bright I’m saying there are a lot of variables in between “AWESOME “ which I definitely don’t think this RNS is ...Still again that is my opinion..each to their own

I’m sure the market will take a view on another more Jam tomorrow RNS .... Here’s my view for what is worth ... If anyone is interested they will be waiting and playing the long game. They will know that 88e is a financial basket case and has no streams of income.They will know that Icewine has failed twice and they will know that DW has had recent cash raises. They will also know that on each cash raise that the SP has tanked so they will know that there is very low investor sentiment in this share. They have probably come to the conclusion that DW can’t detect a gas leak with a blow torch. Hence they will wait for winx .. they will wait and if it fails then they will make a derisory offer. If it’s a success then they will have to think what they want to pay to be part of 88e.
I suspect that by now any party who is interested will know if other parties are . I would even suggest that all Tier 1 outfits will have a very good idea of each other’s future strategies and no doubt talk to each other.There May even be nods and winks between these on what bids they will put in for smaller companies I think they call that a cartel .... all my opinion of course ... so I’m afraid it’s stand by your bed a little bit longer here ..nothing to see today

Super .... No LSE listed company would issue a RNS stating we are not being investigated by the the SFO if they knew they actually were ... it would be suicide for the SP so I think we can take it that they are not being investigated... Again I’m goig for a different take on this ...Knowing how slow these things happen I bet the GoT reported this along time ago before any merger with Rangold was announced .. Probably did this to throw ACA a low baller and to focus them on an agreement.. They probably hoped all this would come out the SP would tank and then negotiations would kick start at a fast pace .. The GoT probably didn’t realise the the SFO couldn’t detect a gas leak with a blow torch and have sat on this because it’s not a priority and had no one to deal with something that was probably going to be outside of there jurisdictions...Hence they’ve turned up asked a few questions ACA probably co operated fully and then some office insider has passed the info onto the media .... Definitely nothing to see here

My guess here is that the GoT May have passed on information to the SFO who have then made a courtesy call to ACA and thought nothing to do here for us .... If they were investigating once they thought they had enough evidence they would have obtained warrants to search premises and seize computers this would have been done long before any news of investigation surfaced .. They are not going to give ACA the heads up so that they can make sure any incriminating evidence can disappear...pure speculation
