I always use this analogy of how skewed stats can be ... My mate is a big Grimsby Town Fan ..many years ago they had a manager called Alan Buckley and on a fans forum they were having a vote on whether he should be sacked .. It claimed that 100% of voters wanted him sacked .. my mate thought he was doing a good job so he voted for him to stay in post ... When refreshed it now read 50/50 .. stats can be very misleading... virtually every statistic the police put out has been skewed ... probably not so much now as they will report every crime going because of all the cut backs

I sold my MTRO a few days ago when I broke even at 14.10 .. I did buy some more here at 2.40 but a small loss here is better than £4a share down on MTRO.. still it looks tempting again

BTB ... I don’t think any government will let us go out on no deal ... There are far too many organisations that have spelt out to the government how bad it would be .. on the other side John Redwood and a few on this BB say the economics of it are ok ... I know which I prefer to believe... Still at least Tricky when you back a few of those Irish winners you can go down to weatherspoons and sink a few courvoisiers vsop as Tim will have them back on the menu ..Blessed by Macron this time

All very good LTI but like I said a few days ago when someone was mentioning that it was a FACT that we were leaving on the 28th March ... I pointed out that FACTS could change and it appears they have .... Re the extension.. this is all a bit woolly at this time if it just a few months then my guess is this TM will either trudge on with the same manta of her deal which I don’t think she will ever get through unless the ERG can see 2nd referendum on the Horizon.. or she will have to remove her red lines and go with a customs union ... However if the paper talk is correct and mention of the 2 year extension then I think Brexit is over ... Tories will collapse there will be an election and there will then be coalition government with no consensus again for a majority on Brexit

Lloyd’s shareholders wanting a no deal Brexit are like Nissan workers voting for it ... Its rising like one of Elon musks rockets in the thought of no deal ....Tricky just think of all the extra pennies you will have to bet with at Cheltenham on some of the finest Irish livestock blessed in that special way by Leo Varadker himself

These Brexiteers on here are beginning to sound like TM repeating the same mantra day after day ...cracks are starting to appear now and it would appear that she is about to u turn on no deal . The ERG are a busted flush now their bluff has been called ... No confidence on TM busted and they voted down her deal to try and force no deal. They now have the option to vote for her deal or extensions and possibly no Brexit at all ...... Let’s face it we couldn’t sign any reciprocal trade deals that Liam Fox said would be done .. why because these countries didn’t want to give us the same deal they gave the EU because they know how weak we will be if no deal occurs

Also great for the Races on race days and the home of the UK number one restaurant L’Enclume ... only £120 a head for taster menu without drinks my friend went once and he says the wine starts at £80 a bottle add the tip on and I need ACA to be at £5 to go there

Bruce ... I think Liam Fox was supposed to have negotiated those deals by now ... 4 so far one of which is the Faroe Isles .... Can’t wait till Trump and Xi come to negotiate ... Someone on the Lloyds BB has poste a link that suggest that Barclays profits will be 17% down on last year ... If true that could be disastrous for the SP ... Maybe JB will be opening a short of immense proportion!!!!!
