I have an eToro account and I have seen this with stocks I’ve previously traded on there and often wonder what that meant .. My taking was that very few people trade that particular stock on their platform so they don’t offer that .. INDV is another which is often Greyed out ... You take I presume is that they can’t get theirs hands on the stock ... I’m relatively thick so I will take your version :)

50p is the price set for DBAY ... seems like they are still buying.. price has not moved since they have started

My suspicions are that someone is keeping MTRO in its back pocket for a rainy day just in case it’s needed to further their bigger picture
