Forget about your Fathers rate and even the 90’s There are many different factors today .. obviously the main one being the value of money being borrowed to earnings is grossly different today far more higher plus the fact that most people have cars on PCP agreements these days and they could have the triple whammy of extortionate child care .. Not sure your father had those also to worry about and definitely in the 90’s childcare was cheaper and no one had PCP’s

Not saying there won’t be impairments on loans but since 2008 banks have been very stringent in their own stress test on punters taking out mortgages/loans and I think those test if applied properly will come to fruition in the limiting of bad debts … of course this is just my view posting whilst sitting in the shade in my garden enjoying my cup of tea :):):)

Don’t fully understand this Share swap .. however do you think some of the shorted shares are not on the registered and now need to be bought back hence the rise today

I bought this share a couple of years ago when one of the II contributors tipped 5 Aim shares I put 1k in 5 shares he tipped made money on one AGL which is now a disaster broke even on one DX but only after the share was suspended for 8 months lost on SEE and lost on PCF bank which is now defunct great tips … his other was EAAS which I bought at 21p and sold at 15p but I’ve always kept Cheching the price.. after making some good money in RR and WG I jumped back in here with 4.5k @3.33p so not the bottom but not far off .. it’s purely a speculative punt .. not much research done .. if it bags I will probably be out

Kev .. you seem to be the knowledgeable one on this share realisticly do you think above 10p is achievable.. I don’t need my money for anything so I can wait .. with green energy being in vogue what do you reckon for it being bought out or the company just having good sustainability and growth

The thing is Tim if a NATO army had led the assault on Bakhmut it would have probably been over in days .. it’s took them nearly 6/7 months to take this non strategic town and at what cost 30000 men killed or injured and 100’s of millions in equipment all so putin can declare a “ victory “ I’m not saying the cost haven’t been heavy for Ukraine but nowhere near what Russia has suffered… Mark my words here EUA into the 2’s when Ukraine start their offensive.. Russian Army is on its knees with poor strategy low morale and equipment issues .. the good thing is IMO is that if Ukrainian Army reach the Crimean border than I think Putin will want to talk peace .. then EUAis back into the 10’s
