I would have definitely bought back in at circa 363 after selling @ 368...so would have improved my position slightly. But, not too disappointed now.
It's been a good climb in last few days.
£4 maybe a hard nut to crack though.

Yesterday the SP fell on the Dow opening and falling by 500+ points.... think the Dow is due a bounce today so things might be different.

I'm a lth of BP and Shell.
But I'm always looking for an opportunity to improve my position. Felt yesterday the high of 368 was perhaps worth the gamble to sell and buy back lower. And it was!..
Out at 368 and back in at 362 was a £2000 gain for me, so wasn't to be sniffed at.
Anyway, missed that chance but not the end of the world!!

... then the DOW opened!!!

There's my answer!!.. 363 now. #@£##@!!!

368.9 .. almost sold out!

I'd be extremely surprised (and jumping up and down with joy) if we see 65-70p.
Realistically, I think we'll trade within the 45-60p range throughout this coming year.

...will this affect the SP when the market opens tomorrow?

I've held a considerable amount of Lloyds shares since 2009. Interested in the debate to whether Lloyds will reward loyal shareholders with the dividend payments they have missed out on since the cancellation?
Is this a possibility?

I looked seriously at selling out today at 361 but didn't as I believe this has a way to go yet, especially with Q4 results around the corner.
The Omicron panic is behind us and Brent is ticking up.
I think we'll see 375 next week and possibly knocking on the door of £4 leading up to results.
All IMO of course.

Wish I was as rich as Anal!...O well, one day perhaps when BP are at £25.
I've got 27000 shares average 340. So I'm showing a small profit of about £8k.
I've missed out in the past @ 365 selling, then waiting for a pullback to improve my position. At 361.4 this morning I was hovering over the sell button. But scared of being out as a breakout is sure to happen if I jump ship!
