When they use to admit to a % via TR1, you could see the holdings , matched
the next tranche taken and the date to hit the market , was usually the day
the next tranche announced, stuck out like a sore thumb.

Now rare as rocking horse ****, they TR1 the initial big placings, or reductions

Still not wholly convinced all flushed, very, very rare all completely
forward sold, usually at least a small surge in volume ,or a big dump
price drop, on the official day of hitting the market.

Perhaps, the placing wonga's (rare as rocking horse **** II or investors)
instead of ASAP to the exit, for safe easy profits, are also looking for a
bigger news/mega rise to dump into the frantic herd when it arrives. GLA

All 3rd party sites like this lse, use a similar dimbo algorithm to adjust
the market prints, it's to try and help with stats volumes and trends
BUT fails miserably on any share in vogue.
